Property had everything, nothing missing, it was clean, welcoming, plenty of room, roomy bedrooms, three full baths, interior was decorated nicely with a very casual and comfortable feeling, very relaxing, outside deck was a favorite gathering spot for our family.

Amazing property! Our family highly recommends this gorgeous home. The location is close to so much. The pass and locker for the beach spoiled us! The big porch was perfect to start and end each day! My favorite was the sunrises enjoyed each morning! The owners have all the comforts of home in this vacation getaway ready to share!

Lovely place to stay for a week, Nice quite neighbourhood, friendly neighbour, short walk distance to the beach, very well equipped home(especially the kitchen), good location, well maintained property.

Our second year renting this comfortable home with family, human and canine. There is nothing you would need or want that they do not supply to support your stay. To wake up in the morning and have the beautiful water view from the master bedroom while sipping tea, or fall asleep to crashing waves is incomparable to any other place I would look to find. We loved it so much we rented twice here in the summer vs going anywhere else. The beach access pass is invaluable. The area is safe. A beautiful farm to shop at is a minute ride or 5 minute walk. We were there during hurricane ida snd the house stood solid. We all felt very safe. The owners are amazing. Looking forward to more in 2022! The best rental all around, that I’ve ever been at in 15 years!!!

We had an awesome and relaxing week at this beautiful home. All the amenities of home. The porch was what we looked forward to after a day of scouting the area. Bob and Denise were very easy to work with. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach and overall just a fantastic week. Hope to be back next summer.

My family felt right at home in this house. All is provided for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and neighborhood has much to see when you bike, walk, or drive in any direction. Centrally located. Beach access is steps away. Clean and convenient!

This property was an excellent location for our family. Short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. Owner was so helpful. Easy to work with.

Our family of 4 and our three pups throughly enjoyed our time at your home. We did not need to worry about a thing! There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the spices and cooking needs at your fingertips. The yard is a beautiful respite with lovely landscape detail and outdoor furniture. The home was clean and comfortable. Bedding was perfect. The five minute walk to the ocean beach was perfect as well as the ability to drive. Having the beach pass and licker stocked with additional chairs and boogey boards were great for our boys. Having the extra bikes was an added plus! You must try the Vanilla bean ice cream shop and the Ocesn Mist beach bar and restaurant. All in all this was quite a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the tail end of summer !

We spent a great week at the house this August. It's a really nice house, big enough for us to spread out as needed. Wonderful porch overlooking the marshes and the beach houses. Very quiet neighborhood. Best equipped vacation-kitchen we have ever experienced. All in all a very good trip.

Cannot thank Denise and Bob enough for the wonderful week my kids and I had. You can hear the waves crashing from the bedroom and walk to the beach, market and nearby resturant. The house was clean and bright and airy and loved starting every morning with coffee on the porch overlooking the salt marsh and watching the birds and bunnies. This house is a great location with lots to do nearby. The hosts were very responsive during our visit. Highly recommend and hope to return next year. . ❤️

Beautiful home waking distance to the beach with all the amenities any family could possibly need! We had a fabulous week, walked to the beach every day and kids rode bikes. We loved the beach locker , new cruiser bikes, front porch, tiled garage for the dogs and kids to play games. We walked to dinner at Ocean Mist a few times and ice cream and market daily. Property owners were wonderful and helpful. We will definitely be looking at coming back!

My family recently stayed at Denise's property. We had plenty of room to fit 4 adults and 3 young children under 3 in the large spacious bedrooms. The location is fantastic and within walking distance from South Kingstown beach! The kitch and living area are spacious and the deck off the living area was a great place to relax in the evening. I highly recommend their place for a beach vacation.

What a wonderful place to get away to. The house was spotless and had every item you could possibly need. On a dead end street surrounded by beautiful homes and cottages, there was enough space around the property to offer a real sense of privacy. We appreciated the bikes and used them frequently, and enjoyed walking around the quiet and friendly neighborhood with our dogs. The photos do not do this beautiful home justice--it's really spacious and lovely, and so sunny, bright, and breezy. Our kids enjoyed the surround sound system for movies at night. As a mom, I appreciated the upstairs laundry and lots of outdoor options to let towels and swimsuits dry out. We enjoyed our coffee on the beautiful front deck each morning. The backyard garden was really beautiful and there was a nice area for grilling. You can hear the ocean from the house and the nearby beach was practically empty during the work week, and comfortably crowded on the weekends. We loved stopping by the Vanilla Bean after the beach, and enjoyed the few local spots nearby to eat dinner or pick up essentials. Made a few trips into Narragansett to shop and eat--a very quick drive but we appreciated that our home spot was in a less crowded area. Thanks so much Denise, we hope to be back next summer. My only regret is we stayed one week instead of two!

We have rented many beach houses and this is one of our favorites. Everything is as described. A great property on a road right across from South Kingston Beach. We were impressed with how big the house was. It was very clean and uncluttered- ready for us to move right in. The central air was much appreciated on the hot days. We turned it off on cooler nights and were greeted with the wonderful sounds of all the different bird species in the morning. we could also hear the ocean waves in the evening. The bedrooms upstairs were very spacious, each with a TV and its own bathroom and doors you could open on to small balconies. There was an extra bedroom off of the garage which we decided not to use, but it was a great addition if you have extra people. My son decided to sleep in the living room on an air mattress which actually worked out perfectly since we all watched movies before we went to bed which we enjoyed with the awesome surround sound that is installed. He also claimed the 3rd bathroom on that main floor as his! How great to have 3 bathrooms! The garage was newly tiled and super clean with an extra refrigerator. Two brand new bikes were also available! The market at the beginning of the street has awesome meats and cold cuts and I discovered had fresh warm loaves of Italian bread available each day. It must be a neighborhood favorite since I noticed people walking back to their beach houses with these loaves in hand. There is an outside patio with a grill which is a great spot to have a cook out, but I must say we preferred the out door deck attached to the living room (This is all on the 2nd floor- first floor is garage and extra bedroom). It was just so relaxing and the view is great! Loved watching the birds and rabbits and having pre dinner cocktails! The first night we were there was July 6th- when it became dark we heard fire works- we went out on the front deck and had a perfect view of a beautiful fire works display! I am not sure if they have these every Saturday in the summer or if it was because it was after the 4th, but it was a wonderful and unexpected surprise! Of course the Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Parlor was a favorite with my whole family! I could go on forever but just need to say- Robert and Denise were very easy to communicate with and provided everything you could ask for from all paper goods, towels, linens, beach chairs and Umbrella - Thank you for sharing your Lovely Property!

This home was recently built that had custom amenities not usually found in typical "beach houses." Very comfortable home, well furnished and upgraded throughout. Some of the highlights were awesome views, two master suites, a beautiful outdoor patio, finished garage, ample parking, and a very quiet dead end road. Local market, beach, bars, creamery and restaurants all within walking distance. The owners were very pleasurable to deal with,

We were fortunate enough that a late cancellation opened up in July and we were able to quickly take advantage of the opportunity. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Matunuck is a quiet area. A great place for family gatherings with plenty of restaurants and things to do all within a short drive. The close proximity to the beach allowed us to walk or ride the bikes that were provided at the home. We will return for certain.

Our family had a fantastic week at the property; All of the amenities were as advertised, the spacious bedrooms, immaculate bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the day. My wife and I especially enjoyed the summer breeze off the ocean while reading on the front porch. The proximity to the beach along with the parking pass and beach locker made going to the beach as easy as taking a stroll on a warm summer day. The beach was definitely close enough for members of our group to walk home when others wanted to stay. There was a great market and ice cream stand where you could buy lunch or snacks for the beach, both were located halfway between the house and the beach. Also took in a show at Theatre by The Sea, a great little theater less than a 1/4 mile from the house. The owners were very attentive, contacting us upon arrival to ensure everything was in order. We are looking forward to coming back next year, and would definitely recommend this property to others!

My family and I just returned from a week at Denise and Bob's house. I rented the house from just the pictures and the description and I was not disappointed by anything. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. The upstairs layout was perfect for us - my daughter and her husband have a small baby. We were able to put his crib in the master bedroom with plenty of room to spare. She loved the ensuite washer and dryer! The upstairs has the added plus of doors that close and separate the wings, each with a full bath. Perfect for us and for them. The town beach is beautiful - the locker is a stroke of genius, saved us lugging everything back and forth. We enjoyed La Strada Pizzeria twice and the Mantunuck Oyster Bar, as well as the surrounding area, very close to many things to do. All in all, a great vacation. Hope to return next year!

We had another wonderful stay at the cottage! Before we arrived, Denise emailed me to make sure that I had all the information that I needed. Both Denise and Robert are great people to deal with and make themselves available if need be. The home was immaculate when we arrived and was stocked with plenty of towels and other necessities. We walked to the beach with our four children every day. It was so nice to be able to store our beach things in the locker again this year. The beach is super clean with bathrooms, showers and snacks. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and Stop and Shop is only about 15 min away. We really love this cottage due to its location, cleanliness, and of course Denise and Robert! We hope to come back next year!

I contacted the owner of this property on multipe occassions and indicated that my party was 5 adults, a toddler and an infant. The so-called third bedroom is at the back of the garage, requiring going through the garage, up a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. There was also an odor in the basement that rendered it unfit for sleeping. This meant that one or two adults were forced to sleep on a fold out in the living room for the week. Additionally, there are really no "ocean views" from this property except for a very distant one from the master bedroom. Except for the misrepresentation about the sleeping quarters and the ocean views, the house was nice, although not as clean as I would have liked considering that I paid a cleaning fee. The house is a manageable walk to the beach and linens are provided. There is a market nearby but for a grocery store, you will need to travel 15 to 20 minutes. For real dining, the same holds true. My family enjoyed the area but we were very disappointed by the untruthfulness of the owner regarding the property.

We just spent a week at the cottage and were so pleased with everything! It was spotless, well equipped with plenty of towels and sheets. Having three bathrooms was so convenient especially with a large family. Each room had ceiling fans and there was a wonderful sea breeze! Very convenient to walk to South Kingstown Beach.There is a nice ice cream shop called Vanilla Bean down the road. You can actually cut through a path from the beach to get there! We also loved the farm stand down the road. Homemade pies, cookies, bread, salsa, etc. The owners, Denise and Bob met us when we arrived and went over any questions we had. Super nice and accomodating! Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone.
