Absolutely perfect for family to enjoy the fall weekend in Colonial Beach for a fall wedding. Plenty of room for everyone to space out and fully equipped with all our needs and then some. Would stay her again FOR SURE! BEAUTIFUL HOME!

This property was exactly as expected from the accurate photos. Sparkling clean, very comfortable bedding, great spaces for visiting, well stocked kitchen, and all soaps, wraps and paper products provided. Our dogs loved frisbee in the backyard! Beach was close by, very nice walking around the quiet neighborhood. Edward, the owner was so helpful and check in and communication went really well. The house has been renovated while still capturing it's original charm. Would love to know the history and process of restoring this great place! This home was terrific and I would highly recommend it.

Loved the farmhouse, the location and the hosts. Very comfy get away. First time in Colonial Beach and adored it - even in winter!

This is a lovely house in a cute little beach town on the Potomac. The house had all the amenities included--linens and towels, hand soap, pots and pans and grilling accessories, and basic cooking needs (oil, sugar, etc.) Appreciated how many basic things were included, like handsoap in each bathroom, coffee and pods for the machine, etc. There were multiple living rooms so we could spread out to walk. The house is filled with eclectic pieces of furniture and we loved all the artwork and personal touches. Very short walk to 7-11, a few restaurants, and the boardwalk area. The beach was not too crowded, which was fine for COVID.

We were delighted with the house. It was so comfortable and full of fun knickknacks to see. Everything was just perfect. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. No waiting in line for showers!!

The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Perfect vacation getaway.

Excellent stay. My family enjoyed the comforts of this home and look forward to another visit. The only issue we had is with the ants.

Close to beaches and a lovely place!

We rented this house because our family was in town for a wedding and it had the perfect historic feeling while having updated features where it counted, the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a pleasure to stay here. The only suggestion I would have is to add another tv in the home so that you had options.

Great space for multiple families. Pets were welcome. Loved that!! Washer/dryer was great with kids! Very nice kitchen & supplies to use. Loved the wrap around porch/furniture. Just a little to hot to use when we were there. We enjoyed the house & would definitely use it again.

It was an awesome experience

The house was perfect for all of us to fit in with plenty of room for visiting. Three separated areas with comfortable sofas. Very nicely decorated. Much roomier than it looks from the outside, lots of sitting area on the front porch (which I didn’t realize wrapped around the side of the house until day 3). Plenty of off street parking. The kids enjoyed the back yard, lots of wide open area to play. They really were amazed by the white cat next door that slept on the fence next door. Almost looked like it melted into it. Overall it was our first time renting and we will be back. Great experience!

Even with a large group you have plenty of space!!! Loved all the artwork and porches! Would definitely return!

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend at White Point Manor. The house couldn't have been better!! Beautiful and interesting decor, spacious rooms and a great yard for outdoor games. It was the perfect place for our family.

White Point Manor is an excellent place to stay! We had 8 people staying there for a wedding and had plenty of room. We could have added more people! The house was beautiful and very clean. The decor was very eclectic and tasteful with lots of nice, unique art pieces! We enjoyed the use of the grill and the spacious backyard! I would highly recommend White Point Manor for a family or group of friends!

Such a unique home and a great little town to spend a long weekend. We absolutely loved it! Thank you SO MUCH!
