We had a wonderful stay in this house. Very roomy, nice, and clean house. Has everything you need and a nice big back yard.

This is a great house for the price. My family enjoyed the large living room and kitchen areas as well as the indoor fireplace and backyard firepit. The host is fantastic in responding to questions. I hope to stay here again.

The best VRBO we've ever stayed at! Very nice 3 bedroom with a backyard. Well stocked, super clean! Made our stay incredibly enjoyable and didn't have to worry about the little things. Very nice furniture, not your typical vrbo. Would highly recommend and will be the only place we stay if we come back to Alamogordo.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, close to town, and easy to get to. The owner was very quick to respond and made check in and out super simple. Would recommend to any family taking a trip to the area.

My son is stationed at Holloman AFB & was not able to come home for Christmas so my fiance & I decided to go to him. This house was perfect for our stay. Even a Christmas tree & a few decorations had been put up for our stay. We will definitely check to see if this house is available for our next visit.

Our homenis currently under renovation and wasn't goung to be done in time for Thanksgiving. We found this home was available and rented it so that our immediate family could gather for dinner. The home was very clean, beautiful yard for the kids to play in and plenty of room for all 5 of our girls, spouses and grandbabies to hang out and enjoy the holiday, together. I am beyond thankful for the homeowners for keeping their place so immaculate and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family and that was appreciated more than I could ever convey to them. Hopefully our construction is done by Christmas or we may be going back!!!

The property is as described and has all the amenities you'd need during your stay. It is located in an established neighborhood that feels very safe. Overall great experience will definitely stay again when we visit Alamogordo.

The location in relation to the Air Force base is very good. The neighborhood is also nice. Close to town also. The outside of the home is ok. The inside needs some updating and definitely a good cleaning. Some areas were ok others really needed some good cleaning. The bedding and mattresses could be better.

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It’s in a good neighborhood and it was quiet. It was easy to get to and we liked the convenience of town just right down the road. We loved the back yard. Parking in the garage was nice. Communication with manager/owner was good! We enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about our stay. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for our family to feel at home away from home; We drove 12 hrs from South Texas . The owner recommended a ski place 25 minutes from Alamogordo; Ski Cloudcroft. So worth it, driving up the mountain to get to the cute town of Cloudcroft. We were blessed with fresh snow the day we went there. The kids had so much fun going down hills, tubing . We felt very safe and never in danger of the roads driving back. The whole purpose for our trip was to go play on the snow and we got that plus a bonus... We also drove to Mescalero NM , 50 minutes from Alamogordo and spent an evening at the gorgeous Inn of the mountain Gods and gambled away. We had so much fun. I give this stay five stars Thanks Scott

This was an amazing find for a property. I couldn't believe how warm and inviting the house was. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the mountains from the front yard was worth it alone.

Perfect location from base. House was wonderful. Owner was terrific!...even decorated the house for Christmas for our family! Thank you for a wonderful stay during Christmas!

The house exceeded our expectations! Scott was fantastic with communication, and helping us out on Thanksgiving day when we clogged the sink!! I don't think we would ever be going back to NM, but if we do, I will ask for the same house! Thank you again!

Everything went smoothly. Scott was very helpful and always easy to reach with questions. It is a beautiful house with a large open living room and well appointed kitchen. the rooms were all spacious and the beds were very comfortable. This home is very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was very quite and seem to be in an area of larger nicer homes. All-n-all I was very happy with my stay and I will definitely stay here again when i'm back in town. Thank you Scott!
