Property is as described, very clean and spacious bedrooms and well stocked with initials and storage spaces. One of the better places I have stayed. Definitely would recommend for families. We had six people and was just the right size.

Stayed at Summit House 502 with my family, and it was a great experience. Even before I arrived, Copper Vacations' employees were very professional and communicative. The condo was modern, cozy and clean. We loved the variety of games the owner had left, and there was plenty of sleeping space for 8 people too! It was only a 7-8 minute walk to the Central Village, making it very accessible for the ski lifts and food.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is worth every bit of a review! Every single bed in the unit is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. We cooked almost every meal at the condo because of the extensive kitchenware and amenities it has to offer. This is a perfect place for family’s or anybody with a large group. The views from the condo can’t be beat and the American eagle lift is an easy 5 minute walk (if that). Shops, skating, dinner is all right there next to the lift as well. Check in and parking was no hassle at all. Overall this place was amazing and I will definitely stay here again next year!

Me and several of my friends were looking for an ideal place to stay for our first Colorado ski trip. We couldn't be happier that we found Summit House. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, it was in a great location and it was clean. The rental also was well stocked with plates, bowls and silverware, which allowed us to cook our meals during our ski trip, and a spacious dining table that allowed us all to eat together in relative comfort. The views from the rooms are incredible and the fireplace in the living room kept the place nice and warm, even as the temperature outside hovered around zero. The location is superb. We were a short walk away from the Copper Mountain Center Village and lifts. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Copper Mountain.

This condo has everything! The kitchen had the most supplies (pots/pans/dishes/utensils) we have ever seen at a rental. (It even had heated toilet seats and bidet.) The unit was clean, updated, spacious. To get to center village lifts you just have to walk the equivalent of a block along the Ten Mile Lot. The ski locker was large enough for 8 sets (maybe a couple more) of skis and poles. The property management and rental company were great to work with providing quick replies to emails ahead of our trip. We requested additional keys and an additional parking spot (offsite) and both were provided as expected and with details for where to park. We didn't need anything while in this unit. The view out the window in the living room was also great. We would request this exact unit again if staying with another family.

Condo was perfect for our trip. We had 3 dads and three sons for a little ski trip. Kitchen had everything you need and only a football field length away from the lifts. We very much being able to stay parked at the condo on our last day to ski. Great trip!!

One of the best appointed condos I’ve ever stayed in. A true gourmet kitchen outfitted with top appliances, real knives, etc. Japanese toilets, HEPA air filter. Was truly amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Minor negatives — only one parking space. Had to go to separate office - a bit far to walk for keys, parking pass. Has sauna on same floor though we didn’t have a key. No hot tub. Several block walk to the lifts but can ski home within less than a block.

The beds were large and very comfortable with plush bedding. The views of the mountains were fantastic. I was mostly thankful for the exceptional cleanliness. The one parking spot is covered and conveniently located right by the entry door. There is a ski storage locker inside the building but we preferred leaving our skis in the car. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking, there are a ton of games for kids, internet is pretty fast and we had no issues with streaming their own thing. I would definitely book this place again or recommend it to friends and family.

Copper Mountain Condo
Our family has stayed at many ski resort condos over the years and this is one of the best. Roomy bedrooms with very comfortable bedding makes it tough to get up in the morning the kitchen and living areas are well done, modern and very well thought out with respect to storage, ski gear, etc. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in or simple enough to use for a quick meal for breakfast or snack before headed out to dinner. I will request this property the next time I come to Copper Mountain. Hats off to the owners.

We absolutely loved this condo! Plenty of space for our family of four. It was just as described...a short walk to center village! Very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. We will definitely book this place again!

Enjoyed it, with a few caveats...
Overall I give it four stars because the price was right and none of the minuses mentioned below were dealbreakers for me and my family. My kids (teenagers) thought it was great.
A few minor improvements and this unit would be top-notch!
Plus: Clean and comfortable. Front desk personnel were available and friendly. Not too far a walk to skiing. Provided ski lockers were convenient. Pots/pans/dishes/utensils provided were adequate and appliances worked.
Minus: Temperature tended to be hot regardless of where we set thermostat. TV is set at a hard-to-see angle and can't be moved. Several electrical outlets were worn and plugs would slip out. Kitchen light was dim/yellow and hanging down slightly. 70's decor. Vent fans loud. Two airbeds in closet, which would be a plus, but the one we used leaked (compressor is in master bedroom night stand drawer).

This unit was fantastic!
This condo was perfect for our needs. Our girls had their own beds and their own bathroom. It was quiet and had all the kitchen supplies we needed to have breakfast and apres-ski. Close to the Center Village for restaurants. Will rent again for sure!

Comfortable condo with plenty of room to spread out. No onsite hot tub but the building had a laundry and a sauna. A short walk to center village and closest to American Eagle lift. Copper Mountain Vacations which oversees the rental was very accommodating. Would stay there again.
