The owners were so kind and beautiful, everything was so clean and it was the perfect little getaway. I would definitely stay again!

Everything about the property is perfect and stunning! The beds are very big and comfortable. The air conditioning works very well and is needed. The pool is beautifully refreshing and a good size. The best part of our stay though was Toni, the owner. He picked us up from the airport and was our chauffeur for our entire time in Ubud! Such a lovely man! Thank you for everything Toni, we loved it!

Great little villa a 20 minute walk into the centre of Ubud. The owners were always on hand and very accommodating. They will drive you into Ubud if you prefer and we hired Donny for the day to take us on a tour of the sights.

Once at the property it was fine. The yard and pool were nice to relax.

The walk to and from the Villa can be challenging as the curved road into town offers no path at all so be careful. If you are a westerner looking for western cuisine, you have to walk to the other side of Ubud so found myself having to taxi in and out each time. We had some hot water issues but that have been to gas bottle being empty which is a simple fix. there is currently some construction right next door so can be a little noisy. staff were kind and will attend to your needs with a family member being a taxi driver for convenience.

Only two villas, very private and 20mins walk to Ubud centre.

Outstanding price-performance! Enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is nicely decorated with a great pool (shared with another villa). The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly, the property is ran by a local family. We really enjoyed breakfast - the omelette was super delicious! Location - not far from the main road, best if you rent a scooter (which you can do on site).

Ants, Beatles, spiders inside house, my kids are scared of them. All day noise from the construction that is next door. Breakfast was served cold (omlete, eggs...)

A wonderful place with a lovely garden, you will wake up to sounds of garden with the pool just a step away. There will be a little walk down to the city center, approx ten minutes. Everything is new, nice and clean and Mr Putu and his wife are lovely hostess. You choose breakfast from a menu and if you need help with transport or sightseeing Mr Putu will help you. We had a wonderful stay! Warmly recommended ❤️

The staff are very kind and pleasant.

There were too many insects in the room. It’s due to the location and weather, possibly. But hopefully the owners can think about a plan to improve the stay experience during the rainy season. Location is quiet but a 20-min walk to the centre for food etc. It’s ok in the day in good weather but too dark to walk back at night. Recommended to hire a driver if you stay here.
