no vegetarian sausage for breakfast so had mushroom omelette auto light on toilet too bright in middle of night though didn’t know that the room didn’t have river view

Attention to detail

Absolutely lovely stay. We were really lucky and were given an upgrade to a beautiful room.

I brought my wife for New Year’s Eve a couple of nights after our wedding. The food was exceptional. Both the evening meal and breakfast were amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask. We will be back.

Truly magnificent hotel and restaurant. The room was exceptional, with many extra little touches that made our stay truly memorable and the food was to die for - to the extent that we changed our plans over our weekend trip so not to miss the opportunity to dine there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and are a credit to the establishment in every way.

Unfortunately had other plans for eating , but probably in my top 5 places I have ever stayed at Could not have been more pleased with this stay, and will definitely be coming back Parking just outside the door, or more parking around the back So clean and a big shower , with a huge bed Definitely worth a visit Very groovy 😎

Amazing, gorgeous, fabulous rooms, we visit a few times a year, always to a high standard. The little touches are just the cutest. Wouldn't even try anywhere else in Lancaster after being here.
