A warm welcome from the owner on a very wet afternoon, with clear information about the accommodation, and the cosy quiet room.
Instructions about parking near the property were a little deceptive as it is public not private parking guests can use, but I found free overnight parking successfully so this is not a major issue.

free breakfast with many kinds of yogurt and cereals you can choose. The breakfast lady is friendly and attentive.
The location is close to M6 but with walking distance to the city centre. Also you can get free parking on site!
The best: the free bottled water and tasty Border biscuits in the room.
The shower would be perfect if the flow is a little bit powerful.

The rooms were very clean and fresh lovely comfortable beds the young lady who worked there was so helpful and friendly she tuck time to talk to us she's a credit to the place would definitely recommend

Warm welcome by the lovely owner Stuart, great location and spotless room. The breakfast was good quality and served with friendly service. Love the little touches of the fruit bowl and cereal bars, ten out of ten.

everything was impeccable. since the reception till the breakfast, location, Stuart is really friendly and the rooms had all facilities and was super clean. the bed was very comfortable. is very near from the center walking, and free parking. perfect!

Everything! The house itself is so pretty, the room is comfortable and good sized, lovely leaving area, nice breakfast, great staff always making everything to make us feel good and always worried about our baby's comfort and safety 💖

There was lots of variety for breakfast cereals breds yoghurts juices and fruit .

Property is in a great location. Good public transport and an excellent local taxi service which was extremely reasonably priced.
There was a great variety of food and drink for breakfast. The time frame to eat was quite flexible which was great.
Hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help and answer any questions we had.
Property was spotlessly clean throughout. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, well furnished comfortable room with exceptional extras such as fruit, biscuits, sweets, hot drinks, bottled water always available to help oneself. Under new management who truly know how to care for their guests.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of cereal choice, orange juice, proper coffee, fruit, yogurt and toast. The room had everything one would wish for. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional.

Lovely little place, the owners were very welcoming and always up for a chat. The breakfast was accessible and laid out well! A beautiful place to stay with an easy walk into town.
