Twin bunk beds could be upgraded and bath mats for floors but otherwise wonderful

The view is amazing, right in the center of Sea Isle. House layout is nice and we had everything we needed. Jakob is great to deal with. Would recommend

Great place right on the water. fantastic beach views. Top bedroom is a hike to get to from the ground. Access to the beach is right from the decks. Had everything we needed.

The 6701 South house was a great size for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 8-15). The views and access to the beach were great. Bedrooms were of good size and space. Kitchen and dining area were very spacious. The only negatives were the parking spaces and loud main floor air conditioning vent. Parking was extremely tight with the neighbors having 4+ cars parked along their house and others having bikes in the driveway. The AC unit for the main floor and top floor was very loud. Could not really hear from other room into the kitchen while running. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend for a small family.

Spacious property with such incredible views! Lots of stairs but every step is worth what’s waiting on every balcony level or just sitting in the living room looking out at the ocean! We enjoyed a glass of wine sitting outside at the table in the evening and having coffee in the morning. The beach is just steps away from the house. Shopping close by as well and lots of restaurants. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back! 10 stars for the incredible view.

forty years of friendship celebrated in this perfectly located ocean front house. worked out great for us. great spacious living and outdoor space. we had a great time. the only issue was fully grown adults in twin size bunk beds! live and learn - nothing you can do about that! we had a great stay!

Location is amazing. So much space.. Million dollar view.. Property does need some upkeep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during spring break in April. The location was quiet and directly on the beach. We felt like it was a huge private beach this time of year. Temps in the 60’s were perfect for us! The house had plenty of room for our party of six adults and four kids ages teen to four years old. It truly was perfect. We didn’t mind cleaning up on our last day as we would want to leave it clean anyway. It’s just common courtesy. Jakob was very quick to respond to questions and check in was a breeze. We hope to return!

If you want to stay somewhere with incredible views, this is the place. Close to grocery store and pharmacy. Amazing location.

Great place with great views and plenty of room for many guests

Great price for a beachfront house. We did a fall trip, so not sure how busy the beach gets in the summer. The house has a great setup with two balconies overlooking the beach. The house is in decent shape, I think it is priced accurately. Property manager was very responsive. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Property was conveniently located to the beach/ocean. Quiet area which is what we prefer.

What you see advertised is exactly what you get... beautiful beach views, a short walk down the path to the beach and the sound of the waves with sunrises in view from the main and top floors. The private garage was great for storing beach stuff and private washer dryer right there. Also convenient location just a few streets down from the CVS and grocery. We had a few issues with the previous guests leaving some dishes that weren't properly cleaned and put back in the cabinets, but a minor inconvenience to re-wash. Jacob was extremely helpful with any info we asked for and was very responsive and accessible.

The rental was very nice. The location is great, about twenty steps from the sand. The unit has a lot of stairs, but it's worth it. The views and the morning sunrise are just beautiful. The grocery store is just a few blocks away.

My family enjoyed the weeks vacation it was beautiful views of the ocean from either floor. The master suites were very nice. It’s peaceful relaxing and we enjoyed the vacation. We also got lucky we had a beautiful family next door so the week was even nicer. We would consider returning. The only observation I would add is that the AC momentarily broke down and we had minor repairs that were needed and the owner acted immediately to have the AC taken care of the very next day and a handyman came to the property. Everything worked great from that point. I would also suggest it’s best to have the place professionally cleaned just for sanity sake and general hygiene not leaving it up to the guests and just build it into the price. Overall a beautiful place.

The ocean view from this house is beautiful, and there is access to the beach path right from the property. It was lovely waking up to a direct view of the ocean. Jakob was very responsive to any questions and we appreciated it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at this beach house. The location can’t be beat! There’s direct gated access to the beach from the back patio and the views from the decks are amazing. The main living area is spacious enough for 2 families and the unit has a good size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The beds were fairly comfortable as well. The owner is super responsive to any issues we had. An example, The grill wasn’t working and the owner brought a brand new grill the very next day (in the rain) to make sure we had it for the rest of the stay. I would definitely stay here again. The only constructive feedback I would have are little things (the outlets/plugs were loose and my phone chargers would fall out, the kitchen could be better stocked with lids to pots/nonstick pans, claw crusher/mallets for seafood, and I think instead of giving renters a choice to clean on their own, they should just have it professionally cleaned for sanity and hygiene reasons and just build it into the price)... Overall though, I think the place is fantastic and is definitely worth the stay.

Everything was as described. The house was well furnished. The location and view were so good. Hoping to return next year. PS Be sure to go black sea bass fishing on the Starfish Deep Sea Fishing. It was recommended by owner and was a great experience.

We had a wonderful family week in this lovely home, a stone’s throw from the uncrowded beach! Spacious rooms and oversized gathering area, great appliances, many conveniences.

I had hip replacement surgery 5 days prior to our stay, so I was essentially inside for the week. The unit is tastefully decorated, all appliances in good working order, parking easy, it was a truly seamless experience. Did I say beachfront? We were BEACHFRONT.... walk downstairs and through the gate and onto the beach path!! Stores within walking distance, lightly traveled street, since everyone is at the beach... it was an outstanding vacation and one we hope to copy next year, in the same unit.
