My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. The views are majestic and the memories we made here will last a lifetime. The location and property are well maintained, fully stocked with odds and ends to supplement your stay (we forgot sugar for coffee). Art was so easy to work with and the communication was effortless. Our family highly recommends this property and will return in the future!

We rented this house with three other couples for a weekend wedding in early May, before the summer season got underway. We enjoyed lounging on the house’s decks and gazing out across the dunes at the ocean. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen is very well outfitted. The host could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We’ll be back.

Communication from property manager was clear and helpful. The property was PERFECT.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this delightful home more than we can say. Firstly we are so grateful for the Host’s flexibility in letting us move our weekend when we found out the hurricane would be hitting. The views and proximity to the beach and water were amazing. Everyone loved the outdoor shower! Looking forward to returning next fall.

House was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. So much deck seating areas. Location and the VIEW was spectacular! And Art was very nice to make sure we arrived and we were happy. Thank you!! We would love to return in the future.

The location of this house is absolutely amazing! Sitting on the deck listening to the waves was incredible. This house was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in and the owner was so friendly and quick to respond with questions we had.

We found Art’s beach house to be the perfect gathering place to spend time with family. We lucked out with wonderful weather the duration of our stay and we’re able to thoroughly enjoy time spent on the beach front balconies, the beach (just steps away), the house bikes and the bbq.

The owner was very kind and responsive and the house was lovely. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views of the ocean are spectacular.

Spent an amazing week with children / grandson at this property. Plenty of room for all of us, spent most of our time on the deck overlooking the ocean. This was the most equipped home I have ever rented, had everything you could think of and more! Art was there to greet me and gave a tour of the house as well as showing me how to use everything. We have already decided we would like to rent there again and again! Thank you for an awesome vacation!

It was first time for my family staying in Sea Isle City/Townsend Inlet, and we all agreed it was a great week...the house was VERY well equipped (even had enough bikes for ALL of the women to take morning rides!); couldn't have been any closer to the beach (& # of chairs, umbrellas, boards, even a kayak, meant didn't need to bring it from home); & the views were awesome, sunrise & sunset! Communication with the owners was easy with quick responses. Only cons were 1) because of heat & high ceilings it was difficult to get A/C cool during the day for those who couldn't go to beach, ceiling fans & wonderful easy-to-use awning helped; 2) didn't realize from description that twin bdrm was also part of the loft so open to noise from TV, LR & DR; & 3) the grill was on ground level so had to go up/down 2 full flights of stairs to use it. We all agreed the rental price was well-worth it, location & views were terrific, even parking for 5 cars!, would make this a "Let's go back there" place! Thank you Art!

Owner was super friendly. Place was very clean. The outside deck was so nice and beautiful. The multi level decks allowed for all to view sunrises and sunsets. Perfect for a family vacation!

This house is perfect for a family vacation! Great location - quick access to the beach, and gorgeous ocean views from the deck on each level ! We had a great time, and it is super close to all the shops and restaurants :)

I generally don't leave reviews but I do feel a responsibility to alert potential renters to the issues we had. My family of 4 travelled with my parents. The house was fine. Decent layout and it has a really nice view from the balcony. The furniture is in need of major updating. Outlets charged VERY slowly. Limited info was provided about the house. Our issues began when we walked in and the place was disgusting. Despite the fact that our visit was in the middle of the pandemic, we found fecal matter on the toilet, crusted and completely un-rinsed dishes in the dishwasher, the refrigerator was clearly not cleaned at all, one of the kid's mattresses had a big stain, unidentified black crumbs on the floor of another bedroom, a used hand towel on the dresser (I have pictures!) and the garage had a terrible smell from the previous renter's trash. I'm not a complainer but I clearly had to bring these things to the owners' attention. They did offer to have someone come to clean, but we preferred not to have someone cleaning while we were there - so my wife and I cleaned the obvious things and kept it moving. Then my father fell from one of the deck chairs and hurt his shoulder pretty badly. The chairs were broken and completely unstable - we couldn't sit in them. To me, that's not the worst of it. An owner cannot always be on site to inspect their property prior to every rental. However, I have rented many properties and have NEVER been so incredulous at the communication with the owners. Despite the fact that they could have faced liability from the lack of a sanitary house in the middle of Covid and from broken furniture injuring an elderly person, they were not only not conciliatory but they were accusatory! They did not believe the chairs had already been broken and tried to tell us we had to pay for them - yeah right! They also attempted to blame us for the smell from the previous renters' trash. I missed Tuesday night trash pickup (what an awful vacation renter I am), so I had to take their trash out on Thursday. After we checked out, I was even scolded for not rinsing the outdoor shower of sand - you read that right. So many exchanges that left our family's collective jaw on the floor. Overall we had a decent vacation. The balcony was a nice place to relax. The aggravation that I experienced from communicating with the owners, especially after we had checked out, kind of ruined it. They like to blame the victim.

A family vacation to remember. Location is unbeatable. The only problem was that it was to short. Jen & Art were great host and attentive to our needs. The house has everything you good ever need at beach house and so much more. Thanks Jen & Art.

This location is ocean front. Owner was there and welcoming. View and Breeze from all 3 decks are wonderful. Lots of room. You cannot get closer to the beach and beach access. All furniture was comfortable. A house you'll want to return to.

Stayed for a long weekend getaway. House is just stunning. Ocean views will take your breath away. House is fully equipped with anything you need. Owners were just fabulous. Thank you!!!

I spent four nights in this lovely house with my husband and our two teenagers. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved sitting in the sun on the deck and being so close to the beach. Great communication with the owners. We would gladly stay again!

Beautiful home, great weather

What a great house and vacation! We went the second week of September. The weather was still warm and beautiful for swimming. Art and Jen's home was perfect. You could not ask for a better view of the ocean or nicer owners. They met us there and were very welcoming and answered any questions we had. Spectacular views from all the rooms. We did spend the majority of our time on the gorgeous deck, although did venture out to Stone Harbor and Cape May, both which are very close. Great vacation home. Thank you Art and Jen. Already thinking about booking next year!!!

We wanted beachfront and this was right on the beach. Once You walk up the flight of stairs to enter the house you are on the bedroom level. The master bedroom and the queen bedroom both led to a wrap around deck and had great views of the ocean from the sliders. The queen bedroom and the double bedroom both shared a hall bath. A flight up from the bedroom level has great views of the ocean. It contains a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a tv plus a full bathroom. There is a wrap around deck on this level. There was a third level but I never went up there. This house gave us what we wanted, family time and the ocean. Thank you Art for sharing your home with us!

Amazing property in even more amazing location. You can’t get any closer to beach! The outdoor space and porches are the highlight, plenty of parking, accessible garage w chairs, bikes and kayak. We even used the outdoor shower in October. The owners were helpful and accommodating.

The property owner was very responsive to our questions and very welcoming. The house was nicely appointed and very comfortable. We will consider renting this house again!

Oceanfront, Beautiful home & Easy beach access. We all LOVED the outdoor shower. Upon checking out this property I asked the owner if he had allergy covers for his mattresses. He said, He would buy allergy covers for us. Indeed upon arrival, there was allergy covers for each of the beds. Thank you! We also liked meeting the owners face to face. Art gave us a tour of his beach house. He was easy to get a hold of too, when we had a question. Thanks A & J for loaning your beach home to us for a week.

The location of this property was perfect with gorgeous views of the ocean from multiple decks and kitchen/family rooms. There were plenty of beds for 6 adults and 3 children. We had a wonderful week!! The only missing piece was a shower in the master bath. Although, there was a large bathtub. There were 2 other showers inside the house and an outside shower. All in all, it was a beautiful home and my family and I had a terrific week!

Great location, spectacular views and wonderful property. Check in was very easy. The house is spacious, we had 10 traveling in our party, and well stocked with everything you need. Art was very attentive and made sure we had no issues! Would not hesitate going back!!
