Enjoyed the get away with my two adult sons for a deep sea fishing trip. Location was ideal! Easy check-in and out. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of friendly people in the other condos.

My family and I have been visiting Destin annually for the last 19 years. We all agreed this was our favorite place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. We could literally lie in the main bedroom and view the sunrise and sunset over the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo has a great beach view. It was so pretty. Everything there is to do in Destin is a short drive from the condo. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Exactly as it looks in pictures. We would love to revisit and stay here again.

We booked this property so we could have a couple days with immediate family before the rest of our extended family came and we moved to their location. This condo is top notch and would definitely book again for my family. Very clean, good location, and literally steps to the beach with a great view from the master bedroom, guest room, and living room. We were very pleased!

House was nice bunk beds are made for young children under 5 ft tall there was construction right outside our balcony so we didn’t get to enjoy that at all it was also closing off our entrance to the beach so we had to walk all the way around the building to get access Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed. We had some trouble with the lock a few times . But the house was very clean nicely decorated beds are nice and soft. Wish it would have came with some beach chairs but we just rented some. We enjoyed are stay it was on second floor because the garage is under it balcony did have pretty views of the ocean. Just would have been nice to know construction was going on.

First family vacation was such a success with this fantastic gem of a rental! Exactly what we were looking for! Our kids loved having their own room overlooking the ocean. It was sooo hard to leave and we hope to make it back someday!

Great location! I am recovering from surgery on my foot and it was easy to get to beach because of access ramp. The property has all the comforts of home. We have enjoyed our time there.

We traveled with 6 girls to celebrate a 40th birthday party. The location could not have been more perfect. The place was clean and with great views. I messaged the property a couple times and received very quick and helpful responses. We will definitely go back!!!

What a comfortable stay! Loved the location and beach view. My kiddos enjoyed the heated pool quite a bit as the ocean was a little cold. The chair service on the beach was great too. I learned some owners pay for chair service as part of their renters stay however this one didn’t. It was worth it for me to do it for a day but at a steep price. Would certainly stay here again. Only woke up one day at both 8:30am because of the construction but other than that it didn’t bother us at all.

Love the location. The condo itself is beautiful. Didn’t have any lack of kitchen equipment. Only issue we had was keeping the sheets on the beds. They kept popping off. Other than that we really enjoyed.

We loved the condo! Interesting to say the least when we discovered scoffolding outside the balcony! But that view of the sunrise! Very convenient to stuff! Definitely want to return!

Great location, clean, nice
We had a great stay. It was a very quick walk from the condo to the beach, which was really helpful with small kids in tow. The condo is clean and equipped with everything you need. The kids loved the arcade table and bunk beds. The building was undergoing construction and our balcony was closed, but it was never noisy and we did fine without a balcony. The water pressure in the showers was extremely low, which was disappointing. Other than that, we were very pleased!

This is a lovely comfortable condo. However, the note that the property had SOME construction going on is misleading. This is a major construction project involving all 3 buildings. Dust is everywhere, and the noise is constant until dark. Balconies are unavailable and workers hang on scaffolds outside the windows. The rates should be discounted.

Great Condo
Condo was perfect! Great location and beautiful. The check in was off to a rocky start because we were told we didn't have a reservation. Once I got in contact with the company I rented from everything checked out fine. No fault to Shoreline Towers staff as they were just doing their job. Once we got checked in, we had a great time.

Great vacation Condo
This was a beautiful property. It was wonderfully updated and clean. The kitchen was so well stocked and everything was up to date. The view was gorgeous and the deck was great for watching the water. We fit well as a family of 7 and would totally stay here again.

Loved everything about this property including space & proximity to the beach. There is a lot of construction going on outside which was not advertised; however, condo is pretty sound proof so it didn’t bother us much.

This was such a great condo. Location was amazing. Right on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. The condo had everything we could have needed. Check in and check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent stay!
The condo looked just as pictured and was well stocked. We enjoyed the proximity to and ease of accessing the beach. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the large countertop made it easy to have a nice spread for my daughter’s birthday “party” away from home. We’ll defiantly stay at this condo again upon returning to Destin.

Excellent place
This property was amazing. The owners really put a lot of thought to decorating this place. Everything was wonderful except for the first two days we were there was bad weather but that’s something that is out of their control. Overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely be coming back.

Love this condo!
This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. We love the convenience of being on the second floor. The view is amazing! The condo is always clean and has everything you could ever need. We stayed over spring break. The traffic was crazy, so only having a short drive to popular restaurants, was a plus. And having a grocery store across the street, is very convenient!

Sour start, but eventually a nice stay
This unit has so many things going for it. It is beautiful, is in a great location, and has fantastic views/beach experience. Unfortunately for us, it was left to us in a gross condition and our first day was incredibly disappointing. After having to call for the correct entry code to the condo upon arrival, we walked in and found a large mound of laundry bags full of linens from our unit and that of 5 others sitting by the kitchen table. We had to wait over an hour and a half for someone to come take them away. They smelled like wet dog. The bathrooms also smelled rancid and we eventually figured out that it was the damp, mildewed bath mats. We ended up putting them outside on the porch after that first night and then the bathrooms were tolerable to go in to. Even after removing the mats, we could tell the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned that well as they still smelled a bit and the master bath had a pee ring on the base of it. We were also unable to get cable on 2 of the 3 tvs. In the grand scheme it was fine because we were on vacation and didn't want to spend it watching tv, but knowing what we paid to stay here, it was frustrating to not have access. After we took our own actions to remove the smelly bath mats and clean things a little bit, the place was quite pleasant and we had a nice stay. This unit was not in acceptable condition upon our arrival though and that soured things for us significantly. We will be reluctant to choose a RealJoy Property in the future.
