Place, room& cleanliness.

The beach shore is dirty. Lots of garbage. The property owner should clean the area .

The place is clean..The price is just right for the type of place and the type of food being served.The staff are nice.

We didnt get the comfort we were expecting. Didnt reach expectation for the restaurant and food We did not have a good sleep becuase the window type Aircon was so noisy.

Very clean and comfortable My family enjoyed the stay Staff are so helpful and always smile.

Just a little hassle on the water during showering. Can't supply all the rooms once it goes in all at once.

1. No hot water for shower rooms!!! - UNACCEPTABLE!!! 2. Very slow restaurant service - It took an hour to prepare usual breakfast like: ToSiLog, LongSiLog, etc!!! 3. No AC power sockets in some rooms. We stayed in the resort for 3 days. And do they expect us to bring our solar powerbank?! 4. No seats for the ‘Superior’ family room. The name of the room does not justify the facilities it has. No hot water! Ridiculous! 5. Staff are not very welcoming, most of restaurant staff show poker face when you’re ordering food. It’s not that straight forward to connect to their wifi. So, I asked one of the restaurant staff for advice. She just looked at me like I’m an idiot who doesn’t know how to connect my phone to a wifi. But it took her 5minutes to almost connect my phone to their wifi. I managed to connect it in the end. 6. Beach is not well maintained - (but they have lifeguard), ironic! 7. Corkage fee/person per day if you bring in food. 8. Restaurant food is ok-ish but too expensive for the quantity and quality 9. There are dogs, cats, and GOATS (Yes! Goats!) on the loose inside the resort and sometimes they come to the restaurants while we’re eating. 10. It’s Computer age and 3 years of covid pandemic have passed. I don’t understand why they don’t accept cards for payments.

Staff are nice and very accomodating. They immediately responded to our concern and provided us a spare room to compensate with the situation in our room.

The room had a problem with one bed it was soaking wet, there was a leakage from the roof down to the ceiling that was not checked before we came in. Toilet was horrendous, smell was awful and there was a little mess on the floor. Pillows smelled awful as well.
