Nicole was not only responsive, but the house itself was amazing. We had a lot of kids with us so everything from the layout and bedrooms to location was perfect for our group! Would recommend to anyone traveling to Rockport

The house was lovely and very clean. Our family enjoyed our stay; there was of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed and then some. Nicole was very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to be back soon!

We arrived after 10 pm due to flight delays and contacted the manager (Nicole) to understand the thermostat. She responded immediately with the directions. We had to contact her a few more times during our stay (problems with us, not the property) and every time she responded quickly and was extremely accommodating.
As for the house....it was beautiful. Even more inviting than the pictures show. The kitchen was well stocked, the TVs were easy to use, the water pressure was amazing and there honestly is nothing that could have made the stay better other than a winning lottery ticket sitting on the counter waiting for us. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

This property was great, we all had a great time.
Perfect layout for a Dad traveling with two teenagers. Everyone had their own spac and bathroom.
Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants.
Our main objective was flats fishing for reddish and speckled trout and our guide (Captain Larry Bell) delivered. Both kids caught plenty of fish and we all enjoyed the scenery and wildlife.
We will come back next year and book this same VRBO again.

Perfect family vacay spot
We stayed here with three couples, plus a one year old. The house was perfect! Three bedrooms and three baths made it an enjoyable stay. Good location and we had a great time with the provided boogie boards at the beach :)

We chose this property because it was a ranch style and close to town center. The house was very clean and surprisingly roomy. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Very Relaxing stay
The Pearl didn't disappoint. Plenty of games for the family. A huge kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy. We found this very relaxing, especially after spending the day at Rockport Beach a few minutes way.

Nice Property
Nicole was great at answering questions and responding immediately to anything asked. We had to extend our time and she was both accommodating and helpful in getting it done for us.
If we are able to...we will be back to this property. EXCELLENT SERVICE and PROPERTY!!!!

Wonderful place to gather
4 generations stayed in this lovely home for the Thanksgiving holidays. It was a perfect place for us all. Private bedrooms so the baby could sleep; only 3 steps to get inside for the oldest generation. Thanks for sharing your home.

It’s a Pearl of a deal!
The Pearl Retreat is very clean and wonderfully decorated in a coastal theme! The kitchen had everything we needed!! The layout was perfect for my family of 7! My only regret was that we got there a day later than planned because SH 35 was shut down due to flooding! Rockport recovered well and business as usual! Thanks for a great vacation!

Relaxing and clean
Great experience all around. This place exceeded all our expectations! Very clean, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for my family of 5! I am very picky with cleanliness! Couldn’t ask for more! A bottle of bubbly awaits you as you come in which tells you everything you need to know about the experience! Very relaxing with comfortable beds and close to everything including minutes from Rockport Beach! 5 stars doesn’t do justice! We will be back!

Excellent home away from home
We had a great time at this house. It was set up well and the beach theme inspired us to get some applied at our house. The house is located at an appropriate distance to stay away from the rogue mosquitoes closer to grass lands near the beach. The beach toy kit frisbees, float boards,, sand bucket, shovels, molds all elevated the fun we had. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Pearl retreat was fantastic. The owner Nicole emailed us with instructions and even had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. Truly merits a 5- Star rating. Will definitely come back when we visit Rockport.

Early Father’s Day fishing trip
This house is ADORABLE! They gave it decorated so cute with every amnenity needed. It’s close to the beach, the marina, downtown shops and Flowers fish and shrimp market. This couple were beyond helpful and friendly and were very quick to answer and questions. We will most certainly be back!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Lovely, Comfortable Home
We stayed at this Lovely comfortable home through the Christmas holiday. We really liked the way the property was designed and decorated. Everything was new and freshly remodeled. The owner left cokes, bottled water and a nice gift of sparkling wine. As well as a bag of ice in the freezer. We have stayed in several properties in the Rockport area and never had an owner so generous. The only downside we had to refill the propane tank for the grill, but we knew this was a possibility due the great documentation prepared by the owner. The beds were all comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with TP, shampoo. The Kitchen was clean and well stocked. All the TV's worked great with convenient services and internet
