Perfect for our family. Well stocked with anything we could need. Huge grassy area to play catch with our son. Great communication with the host.

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable with the extra large yard for the dogs. The only drawback: We were looking for places that our dogs could swim and that became a little hard. Most beaches are a short drive a way but the dog beaches are much farther. Fort De Soto and Clearwater Beach at Somerset Street are great dog beaches but a distance away.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The owner was readily available to help with any issues. I would rent this property again.

Also, we wanted to stay close to the family who were at Indian Shores Beach. This listing is six minutes away and close to a lot of conveniences. Good value.

It was clean inside...ac was great.. Charcoal grill was not cleaned someone for got to emty it..we did not need it.back door has a big gap and ant were crawling in ..everything was pleasant for the stay..thank you for the nice clean stay...it was appreciated..it was hot 100 degrees.

The location was perfect, and the cottage was just like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Kitchen and dining room floor were infested with ghost ants. They were all over the counter and all along the bae boards. Couldn’t prepare food in the kitchen because ants would jump right on the plates. Other then that, a nice place

Very clean & spacious. Could use some updates, improvements. House needs a good coat of paint. Bed are firm & comfy. Backyard is huge, but didn’t get to used the patio due to several black snakes. If the end of backyard property was opened up would be able to see the ocean. All in all would stay here again.

The whole experience was great. I hope to go back soon . Just a short ride to the beach,shopping was close by. Only thing I do wish there was a pool but other than that . No problems . I loved it.

Check in was seamless,house was clean. Plenty of starter supplies,which we paid forward by replacing what we used. Secluded cottage. Didn't hear any neighbors our entire stay. This was our second t8me to visit Harriet's cottage and will stay again if we come to Seminole

Place was clean but could use little update

A wonderful, clean, well equipped place to stay! Harriet was a gracious host and was so helpful when we had questions. Cottage was clean and very well kept, tastefully decorated and in a great, quiet neighborhood. We had a great time on vacation and we commented numerous times how the cottage and location really made our vacation be so enjoyable!

This home is a uncut gem! It’s nestled in the property. Quiet neighbors and close to several beaches. Great home away from home!

Very peaceful, basic stuff and that is just great !! Clean , neat. Everything worked , no setup !! I wished i thought to stock up with other sundries, like replace the coffee I used ect .. I was just the right decompression I needed after a long drive and getting royally screwed by CrossCountry Mortgage!! Oh my gosh ...

I like the location but need to have access in the back so you can at least see the water & fish.

Location was perfect! Close to everything, but private back yard was an oasis. Beds all nice & firm. The bricks on the front porch are dangerously loose & uneven. If you could make a kayak entrance that would be awesome!

Cozy cottage with all the immensities you need for a comfortable stay. Friendly and accommodating host. Safe location and close access to beaches and other Florida attractions. Loved our stay!

We loved this cottage. It's in a lovely neighbourhood which felt very safe. We had our dog with us. Walked every morning to the Boca Ciega millennium park. Has nice trails and a dog park. Close to grocery store and just over the bridge to the beach. We would definitely rent the cottage again. Thanks Harriet for letting us bring our dog. Fenced yard was great. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

The property was in a great location - close to the beach, 20 min from St Petersburg and other activities. The house had more space than we thought. There wasn't a dishwasher and the kitchen was lacking a few items, but we made do and it was fine. Harriet was easy to communicate with. Nice walk-in shower. We sat out on the patio every day with coffee and read or planned our day. Nice big yard for the dog. The neighborhood was nice and great for walks. Close to some great parks and the botanical gardens. If we are back in this area, we would stay again.

Very nice clean vacation rental

I lived the privacy, you could not see the house from the street. The property and house was maintained and clean. My family and I are planning on staying at this property again

Definitely worth the price but it is the rainy season it will be muddy

We've stayed at fancy resorts before and sometimes they can get LOUD. This cottage is almost a country setting. Ibis were in the back yard every morning and evening. The beach was so close! It doesn't have a dishwasher, but we ate out a lot. We were on the intercoastal, but no access or view. Nice sea breezes! We sure enjoyed the beautiful yard, all the birds, and the quiet and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, we would use this home again! 😊

I'm writing this in hopes that it provides better accuracy for understanding in description about the property for those who come after me.Hopefully by time anyone reads this the description is updated to be more accurate. For one there is no dishwasher. There is also no beach towels, no beach chairs, no mixing bowls, no garbage disposal, no tissue box and no extra pillows or blankets. There's barely enough towels for 5 people. There are none or minimal cushions on chairs inside and outside except for the love seat sofa which is the only comfortable place to sit and relax. No real comfortable place to relax outside. Many of the window blinds are broken and several of the window screens are missing. The cookware is sparse. If you like firm to very firm beds you are in luck.One of the 3vrooms has no ceiling fan or any kind of storage for clothing. The only mirror in this house is in the bathroom. There are trip hazards with the uneven bricks outside and uneven floors inside. On the bright side there is a good stove, oven, washer and dryer, toilet, a walk in shower, microwave, and keurig. I was grateful for the good insect control but ants will come in if you leave crumbs on the table. The bedding seems newer and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. The air conditioner works great. Television with cable and WiFi work well.There's a large, manually operated iron gate that, per owner request, has to be opened and closed everythime you leave the property. There is a nice beach within a 5 min drive with free parking at the municipal building.
