My Family and I really Enjoyed my stay in the Condo. It was an Easy Check In and an Easy Check out.The Condo was Very Clean. I was able to Rent 2 Golf Carts very Easily from the Condo Sight and didn't have to go searching for a Golf Cart Company. When I picked up the Golf Carts I was greeted so well and was given the keys without a delay. The Pool was Very Wonderful and We didn't have to walk for miles to get there.I definitely will Setup a Vacation again.

We came for a family wedding the weekend after a Labor Day and were disappointed at the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo for the luxury rates we paid. The condo was pretty beat up, not sure if this was a result of end of season, but the garbage can, fridge drawers, paper towel holder etc were all cracked and broken and the walls were beat up and tiles were broken outside the front doorway, etc. The sliding doors were filthy and the outside patio hadn’t been cleaned and cared for in weeks. We called to have the doors and patio cleaned so that we could use them and the gentlemen that came to clean came quickly and was very kind. The location was good and the golf cart rental on property was very convenient and worked out greatest We had a good trip but would not stay in this unit again at these prices without significant updates.

Overall, pretty great! The interior layout was very good for a large family except there was no indoor eating space. Bathrooms were huge, bedrooms nice size and everything very functional. Very clean!!! Not much of a “beach” by the the lake, wished they could have done more with that. The star though is Lake Erie which was gorgeous and just as I remembered it!

Two night trip. Condo was good. Workers there were helpful and informative. Pool area was nice, however, after arriving we learned there is no pool bar. Also, the parking spots are not assigned by condo so park where you can. Overall enjoyed our stay

The view was spectacular and, being so close to the water, you could hear the waves lapping the shore through the screen doors. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, too. There was a hot, muggy day during our stay and the A/C kept up nicely. There were a few holes in the screens that let some bugs come in, but the unit was basically clean. The elevator was not always working; fortunately, my elderly mother can still manage the stairs. There was more than enough room in this 12-person unit for our family of 6 (who did not all want to share a bed), so this worked for us wonderfully. Loved that the location was not right in the middle of town, but the island is so small, nothing is inconvenient. Staff was very helpful.

The condo was advertised and the location was perfect for our family if 6. We rented a golf cart too and that made getting anywhere on the island simple. The staff was helpful and I appreciated the text communication from the company. Our trip was the beginning of August and we didn’t think about how bad the nighttime bugs would be on the patio. I recommend anyone coming up to bring citronella candles.

The only negative thing was the floors were dirty and lots of cob webs. I don’t think they could keep up with all the tiny spiders. We would definitely go again. Josh was helpful any time we called.

Spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. We will stay at the condos again. I liked being in the end unit #201 with a tree on the corner of the deck. I found the Island Rental team helpful and good to work with. My only complaint was that the main slider door windows and deck was dirty and the kitchen floor needed mopped, no just sweeped. I cleaned the windows when I arrived so we could enjoy the view. Overall, the unit is great!

Summer Break
The property was hard to find, but was very nice after we found it. Property staff were spraying off external stairs and walkways while people were moving in. The wet floors were very dangerous and a high fall risk. We enjoyed our stay and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

Pricing was fair when split amongst a group of 10. The location was great and the views were beautiful. There were a few broken items in the condo upon our arrival (fridge shelves, trash can, screens, etc.). This didn't bother our group as we knew we wouldn't be onsite much. As with any large body of water, be prepared for a ton of bugs!

Rental experience was great. The only issue we had was upon arrival. The parking is a real issue. Only one way in/out no turnaround. Only 2 handicapped assigned parking spaces. We are a family with a handicapped member. I would hope parking would be addressed in the future. Maybe designated parking passes provided to guests along with assigned parking space. Guests shouldn't have to walk nearly a football field length when coming & going due to the lack of parking spaces. Another suggestion is to move the golf cart return area. It's too congested. Never had to contact management. House was in great condition. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.
