The house has WIFI connection via satelite (indoor and outdoor). Access road is dirt and it is an unpaved road and bumpy.
Sunrise with the noise of the birds, open the door of the house and find yourself in the middle of a natural setting with magnificent views. Read a book, rest or meditate on a terrace where, as it faces south, you can sunbathe all day and cool off with an outside shower. Enjoy a special meal and the unparalleled flavor of grilled meat and / or vegetables made on the barbecue. You can live an experience in an environment of absolute tranquility, silence and intimacy.
At night you can see the stars thanks to the zero light pollution in the area and sometimes have the opportunity to see owls flying over the area.
The house contemplates the beauty of the Canarian architecture with an antiquity of more than 100 years, being the original wooden ceilings and cement flooring, having been fully restored in 2019 with the features of a 21st century house.
The house is located in a Protected Natural Area called "Pino Santo" having a special attraction given its rural character. It houses natural areas that harmonize with inhabited sectors, of cultural interest, as well as traditional cultivated areas that make up a landscape of great beauty and therefore the area is especially good for all people who like nature, hiking and / or cycling routes mountain, having several routes which can take you to Teror, Valleseco, Pino Santo, Santa Brigida, and surroundings.
Every last detail has been thought of so that guests can enjoy the house like ourselves, in a very intimate setting.
The house is studio type (2 people) with a terrace of Approx 15 m2 with barbecue, shower, and hammocks to enjoy the terrace.
The house has a sofa, dining table, 1 double bed with wardrobe, 1.80 high mirror with coat rack at the back, kitchen with basic utensils and crockery, and bathroom with shower tray.
The terrace has a barbecue, shower, two hammocks and a table with two chairs.
It has private parking for 1 vehicle within the plot.
It is a 15-minute drive from Los Alisios Shopping Center.

Lovely, stylish old house, just right size for a couple. Kitchen is small but equipped well enough for cooking, shower is great, terrace is great for eating and sunbathing, and it even has a washing machine. Track to the house is a bit of a drive, so allow bit of extra time to go out. Only thing I'd suggest adding are some wine glasses and a cork screw! oh and another dinner plate. Would book again :)

Fantastic Cananarian property, great views, quiet location. Nearet bus stop 1/2 walk - car preferable. Nearest bar 40 mins walk.
Hosts are very supportive and helpful - unable fault.

The house has a pleasant isolated location and is surrounded by nature. From the equipment everything you need is available. On the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains around. As something disadvantageous I would see the approach road, to which you get used quickly, but it is in the long run a little annoying to drive it twice a day. In one or the other place, the house could be furnished with newer or cozier items.
All in all, however, you can not complain, because the price is more than fair and if you, as we were, much on the road to explore the island, you stay in the house primarily for cooking and sleeping.
Davinia, the host was super nice and always answered promptly and helped us with any problems. The check in and check out was also great :)
Towels, bed linen, dish towels and even a washing machine were provided in the house.

This is a real Canarian house, it stays cool in hot days and warm during night time. When it becomes really cold, a small heater will help. There is basically one large room with triangular roof and a small passthrough kitchen and a separate shower and toilette room. The house has everything one need - clean running water, shower, terrific bed, WiFi, TV with local channels. If you use the internet for work or video communication, I suggest having a spare sim card. Vodafone works well on the terrace, just across the door.
There is a small parking space, where you can fit a midsize car, but a mini car would be more convenient. The host will show you how to reach the property safely.
The terrace faces the south and is always sunny during the sunny days. An unpaved road goes on the other side of the house on top of the ridge.

Prachtige locatie. En zoals de host erg goed zegt, de weg is spannend maar vooral de eerste keer.
Mooie locatie in de natuur! Zonder verwarming kan het wel soms wat koud zijn dus extra trui meenemen.

Finca im Hinterland
Der Weg zur Hütte ist wirklich abenteuerlich. Die Terrasse entschädigt, zumindest bei schönen Wetter. Wenn es regnet, muss man sich warm anziehen und man vermisst etwas die verglasten Fenster, um die Fensterläden für Tageslicht öffnen zu können. Eine Alternative zum Massentourismus aber allemal.

We enjoyed the stay in the house a lot. Make sure to take a sweater when going in winter but you won‘t be cold. There are a lot of blankets :)

Sehr nettes, ruhiges Häuschen im Nirgendwo
Das einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhäuschen liegt abseits der üblichen Wege und ist daher für Ruhesuchende ideal. Mit einem tiefer gelegten Cabrio sollte man die Anfahrt allerdings nicht wagen. Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Woche dort.

Haus als Ruhepohl auf Gran Canaria
Das Haus liegt in sehr schöner Landschaft zum Entspannen und doch ist man schnell in den Bergen oder im Trubel der Touristenmotropolen. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden durch die Vermieterin zeitnah erfüllt. Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen und doch sehr viele schöne Orte entdeckt. Das Haus war praktisch eingerichtet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Viola

Total avkoppling
Att äta middag på terrassen, lyssna på syrsorna och se på stjärnorna var helt magiskt. För att sedan vakna upp till ljudet av tuppar, åsnor och rovfågel som seglar över dalen.
När det var som mest trafik på vägen som passerar huset så var det högst 10 fordon under hela dagen.
Ägarna var mycket vänliga och tillmötesgående. Saknar du något så säg bara till så gör det allt de kan för att ordna det.
Fyrhjulsdrift och automatlåda rekommenderas då vägen dit saknar all komfort, men det är ju bl a därför det inte är någon trafik.
Rekommenderas varmt till alla som vill koppla av och njuta av stillhet/lugn och ro.

Oasis of peace
Davinia is super friendly and her house is a true oasis of peace. WiFi wasn’t too reliable but it’s a great place to disconnect. The house is very clean. Beautiful view from the terrace. We'd love to come again.

Natur und Ruhe pur
Direkt bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und über alles notwendige zum Häuschen informiert. Der Kontakt war während dem gesamten Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das Häuschen liegt in einem wunderschönen grünen Tal, ist von las Palmas schnell erreichbar, hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Schöne Unterkunft !
Sehr schönes Häuschen in toller,grüner Vegetation. Die Lage in den Bergen und die Einsamkeit haben uns sehr gut gefallen !Durch die Vermieter wurden wir auch sehr gut eingewiesen und betreut .Das Häuschen ist praktisch und gut eingerichtet . Das einzig wünschenswerte wäre noch eine kleine elektrische Heizmöglichkeit ,da es in unserer zweiten Woche dort recht kalt war . Wir mussten leider wegen der Coronakrise fünf Tage früher abreisen und wurden von den Vermietern immer gut über die aktuelle Lage informiert !

...für sichere Autofahrer ein Traum!!!
Das kleine Objekt ist in fast jeder Hinsicht ein Traum für Naturliebhaber, die Sicht ist wundervoll, die Stille großartig incl. Vogelgezwitscher. Trotz der kleinen Räumlichkeit ist an alles gedacht: Küchenutensilien - alles da, ( eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre noch von Vorteil ), Bad: incl Shampoo und Creme und genügend Handtücher, Decken extra . (TV ist nur spanisches TV) . Grill und Liegen sowieso. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam und sehr gut zu erreichen....... nur es ist wie so manches Mal im Leben: die Fahrt zu dem kleinen Anwesen ist sehr abenteuerlich ...... 10 - 15 Fahrt auf engsten , zum Teil sehr holprigen Straßen - die Belohnung folgt: ein herrlich entspannter Aufenthalt !!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen und natürlichen Lage
Wir haben uns in dieser ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr schönen und sonnigen Terrasse rundum wohl gefühlt!
Trotz der schönen Lage in der Natur ist Las Palmas oder ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung und kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannung pur!
Sehr schönes und idyllisches Häuschen ohne direkte Nachbarn und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Die Hosts sind super nett und würden ganz bestimmt sobald es Probleme geben sollte alles dafür tun, damit diese gelöst werden. Aber es gab bei uns keine - wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben die Idylle genossen.
Die FeWo ist super ausgestattet: Handtücher, Geschirr, Seife etc.
Die Anfahrt ist tatsächlich mit einem Mietwagen (Fiat 500) sehr spektakulär. Hier wenn möglich eine größere Fahrzeugklassen wählen (Bodenfreiheit). Ansonsten war die Lage aber total okay. Man braucht ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und ca. 30 Minuten bis Las Palmas.
Rund um super gelungen und absolut empfehlenswert.

De vacaciones con mis perros
La casa es bonita con un hermoso panorama. Es pequeña pero tiene todo el necesario. Es ideal para descansar y disfrutar del silencio y de la naturaleza. Los propietarios son muy amables y disponibles.
