The only thing i’d mention is the bath looked like it could use a bit more cleaning. Everything else was perfect! Parking and checking in was easy, the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Great host and environment!

This condo is very clean. Close to the beach. It is a very short walk through the condo complex. I definetley recommed to stay here with family.

Check in process was easy. We liked that it was close to the beach and there were two pools in the condo complex. Location is good as its not too far from any of the local attractions. Walking distance from Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when in the area next time.

Clean, comfortable, nice place to stay. Private Beach access is a bit of a walk if you are old folks like us..but..we found a bunch of visitor parking spots in front of the pool by the beach access which old knees and hips really appreciated! Seafood Kitchen restaurant right across the street serves excellent food! Comfy bed and great shower. Really cool slider shades . going to have to get some for my own house. This was a great condo at the beach. We stayed in the same complex last year and really enjoyed. The condo is a good walk to the beach but manageable. It is right on the main road but this did not disturb us. Condo had everything you including coffee and filters. Owner was very attentive to all details. Would not hesitate to return

Cute house. Good location. Close to airport. Well equipped for basic needs.

Just needs a few more blankets and a fan in bedroom. Easy walk to Hurricanes Wings one of our fave restaurants. Would rent again!!

The condo was clean and the host was helpful when I asked questions. The building is old and needs new doors and window. The kitchen is updated and the washer/dryer is newer, however the furniture in the living space is dorm quality.

First time to St Augustine and really enjoyed our stay! Plenty to do and more for next time we visit. Very easy walk to the beach and great facilities like pool and games. Loved the short drive to old town. Dawn was wonderful to communicate with and everything was provided.

The condo was great and was close enough to all of the tourist attractions and was close to the beach. Overall everything was great and there is a little restaurant right down the street from the condo that was great little place as well!

Very nice condo for 2. Very clean and well appointed. Good communication with host. Very long trek to the beach. Wish that had been closer. Couldn’t hear the ocean for the traffic noise.

Only issue with cleanliness was floors. Sandy from the moment we arrived. Due to Weather we didn’t go to the beach. Property Mgr was helpful and responsive

Its a great 2nd floor apt. in a gated and quiet community about 15 mins. from the historic center short walk to the beach. As pictured and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed ...with very cute plates! Host was always quick to answer and gave us great restaurant suggestions. Thank you!

Loved staying here! It an awesome location to the beach, town, and the concert venue. Everything was as described. Dawn did a great job with updating the condo. Would definitely stay here again. I had found Dawn's place after booking a hotel and I canceled the hotel reservation! I always try to choose vrbo or abnb over a hotel even if it's just for a night! The condo is quiet and quaint! Dawn was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out was easy!

The decor was beautiful. The furniture was so so so comfy. A little jealous of the bed better than my own. Location is "You get what you pay for".

Had an amazing fun weekend here! Just a 5 minute walk from the beach everyone is friendly and nice! Dawn was amazing had everything ready and gave us a list on things to do around st Augustine. The property was very clean and wonderful! Would recommend and love to come back! Everything was just perfect!

Place was as advertised. Dawn was extremely helpful with everything and super quick to respond. Comfy bed. Like 5-10 min walk to the beach, with private beach access via gated boardwalk. 10 min drive to St Augustine amphitheater. Most definitely would stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect place for a getaway with the husband for a few days. Condo was very clean and well kept.

Location was perfect and close to many restaurants. The beach is a good walk from the unit (not unreasonable...I'm just lazy) BUT there were units closer to the beach access that had plenty of visitor parking spots so we parked there, stayed at the beach for 2 hours, and came back. Check in was easy and convenient. The room is facing the main road so it can get a little noisy when loud vehicles go by BUT noise didn't bother us at all. The bed was extremely comfy and our littles had plenty of space on the pull out couch. If you are crazy like me and can't stand to walk barefoot because you don't like touching a cold floor, I would recommend socks or slippers because there are zero rugs. There were plenty of towels provided. There were even extra beach chairs in the closet that we ended up using. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and a great experience. We would definitely stay again!

We love St Augustine downtown but opted for a a beach weekend this time. Unit as expected, everything well appointed and tidy. Comfy bed! Dawn very responsive with little questions here and there. Easy walk to the beach, though the the rain had other plans for us so we ended up downtown after all - easy 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Dawn.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay and would stay again. Cute apartment - nicely decorated. Loved how pet friendly the community was and the beach was gorgeous! To give a 100% honest review, here are a few thoughts/recommendations: *As other reviews have stated, there is quite a bit of road noise. *Close parking is limited and is first come first serve (we didn't receive our parking pass until the night before check out so we had to park way out in the visitor spots). *Sliding glass door needs some minor maintenance (loud, hard to open & screen falling off). *Iron needs replacing (small brown particles falling out onto clothes...rust??) and a full size ironing board would be easier to manage with the limited counter/table space. *Floors appeared clean but were quite dirty after walking barefooted for a short time *Pool hours were a little confusing - signs at the pools say they close at dusk but information in apartment states 10pm *Need full size mirror in bathroom and/or bedroom *Need additional nightstand for other side of bed with lamp (for phone & water bottle too) *Add wireless network name to information sheet in unit (had to try connecting to several before getting the right one). *Include community map in unit to help with locating pools/beach access. Again, we would absolutely stay here again and I hope my suggestions are not perceived as complaints - just helpful 😀

Check-in was super easy, Dawn was extremely responsive and easy to work with, the location is fantastic, and the space is cozy, efficient and clean! Would definitely stay here again.
