Great Bear Lake location. Plenty of room. Well maintained home. Air conditioning needed improvement as upstairs MB was too warm. We left wine glasses for the next party of wine drinkers!

Slept alot of folks easily. Liked the fact that it has a lot of the basic necessities like spices and salt etc for meal prep. Lots of dishes as well made it nice. Make sure to check the fuel levels on the BBQ grill right when you arrive, we didn’t check until when we needed it and it was empty and too late. Other than that it was a great stay.

Spacious home with everything you need!
This was our second year to stay in this home. I booked it again because it is perfect for a family gathering. The living area is large and open. The bedrooms are set up well. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of linens and supplies.

Overall this was a great place to stay.
Great place, good location, super clean. The only small issue was the listing said it slept 16 So we were expecting a roll out couch or something but if you only counted actual beds or mattresses it slept more like 12-14. That was with people on couches (not a pullout couch). Again super small issue and could of been our oversight. Very kid friendly and loved the port a cribs in every room. I would stay there again!

Great Experience
After a not so great stay in a previous rental we’re went sure what to expect, but when arriving to the house the first thing we noticed was the beautiful view. The next was the cleanliness of the house, it was absolutely spotless. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay. We hope to visit this house again in the near future.

Great house, felt like home
Looking for a quiet place with a nice view of the lake, this is the place. Super clean, the kitchen had everything you need to make meals from, pots, pans, plates, glasses, spices, etc. A Weber grill for cooking meats outside. Bed was super comfy along with the pillows. It was an A+ place.

Our family of 13 really enjoyed this home. It's well stocked, spacious, beautiful and the location is great. You get the best view of the lake and fireworks. We weren't able to utilize the garage because the owners had stuff in there which made it a bit inconvenient for us to load and unload our things but we made it work.

Don't Bring Meat to BBQ...Unless You Like it RARE!
The property was in a great location. The size was perfect for the amount of guests we had. Before leaving, we called to make sure that there was a BBQ. We spent so much $$ on meat, and there was a grill, but no way to hook it up to propane or gas. We ended up having to approach the neighbors and ask to use theirs. It was super awkward. The property manager mentioned they would compensate us, but nothing. To their credit, they did make an effort to bring a different grill to the property the next day.
