very unprofessional staff during check-out only. did not even speak dutch. did not know how their booking and payment tools worked. had to explain it myself…. clearly a staff member without any training whatsoever.

1 uncontroled eggs at breakfast, i had 2 ! eggs with peeping chick cooked in it. 2 Sand on the floor in my bedroom, poor cleaning, the dirt in the floor drain was there for months, as between de windows 3 One window was brooken 4 The restaurant has a menu however they lack a cook. my order of chickenwings was canceled by me after one hour ! 5 After complaining at the manager nothing went faster or better 6 at 03:30 am ,the fire alarm went off. In the restaurant and lobby was no one to explain or making excuses. one of the employees was all the time busy with their alarm installation panel. one of the guest told me it happened more often. 7 The hotel can better be called a hostel

Great location good staff very helpful food was delicious, handy for ferry to the uk definitely recommend a stay.

The reception of the employee and the way of dealing was bad and I canceled my reservation at the hotel without receiving anything

Location was good.

The coffee machine wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. The toilet brush was left in the toilet.

Not much, really.

I stepped in a pool of vomit in the elevator that hadn't been cleaned up and black-out drunk guests were screaming and slamming doors from 2AM to 7AM. Were not sent away after notifying reception. No compensation.
