Clean room, friendly staff

We liked the clean, fresh-smelling spacious room, the coffee/tea maker with enough supplies, the minibar/fridge, the bathroom amenities, the balcony and the view. We had a corner room on the first floor with a balcony. We enjoyed our own breakfast at the balcony. The view of the lake and the different kinds of boats passing through were very nice and relaxing to see at any time of the day. The ferry boat to Arcen leaves just at the foot of the hotel. There were limited free parking spaces at the hotel, but the receptionist showed us the way to the parking area near the church. Parking there is also free.

There are no supermarkets or shops in the vicinity of the hotel. Be sure to bring your own provisions.

Beautifully situated by the canal. Big rooms and a balcony out towards the water. Welcoming host, nice breakfast. Good beds and available free parking just outside the door of the hotel. Coffeemaker and waterboiler in room. Also minibar.

Not much, we came back from the little ferry just before 22.00 and wanted to book breakfast the day after. But in spite of seeing persons still present and opening hours being 22.00 the door was locked. Still they did fix breakfast the next morning when we asked if possible.
