Hotel com móveis velhos, ar condicionado não funcionava , café da manhã bem medíocre não vale a pena

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor: omeletes e / ou tapiocas feitos na hora, a exemplo de hotel em que ficamos em 2023, com preço equivalente! O hotel poderia parcelar a partir de R$ 1200,00, em duas vezes!

Amplo, bem espaçoso, tem uma “copa/cozinha” dentro com torneira, pia e cafeteiras. Vista bonita da cidade de São Paulo. Enxoval limpo e novo. Ótimo lugar para passar períodos até mais prolongado.

Hotel bem localizado, confortável e um bom custo benefício.

Academia, muito fraquinha e com os equipamentos muito velhos, precisa fazer uma reforma nela urgentemente.

Estão em obras e barulho o dia inteiro, inclusive á noite, amenidades ? Nem pensar, leve tudo de preferência, não solicite nada !

Good location, spacious room.

Found black hair in a blanket that was supposed to be cleaned and packed. Cleaning staff always forgets to throw away trash from the kitchen, but in general, they clean well. The water pipes are super noisy, so you can hear all your neighbours taking shower day and night. The rooms are without soundproofing, and your tranquility depends on your luck.

Was torn between AirBnB and a hotel as we wanted a kitchenette for baby bottles. Room was clean and facilities were better than expected, cor provided as requested together with linen for baby. Amazing shower!

The reception was super busy most of the time and could do with more staff. Key cards often stopped working which was annoying.

Nice location, nice staff, good breakfast, city view from the top, liked the small sauna too!

OK gym but some equipments are not working properly, the window blinds are VERY weak!

The room's furniture needs some updates

Overall the hotel was fine.

We were put in rooms with two tiny single beds on the first night. When I asked for a proper bed on the second night, I was told I would have to pay an upgrade, and that no room with a proper bed was available. The last time that happened to me was in Soviet Russia in 1990. Other concerns? The pool is tiny. The breakfast room is tiny. The breakfast would be better in the enormous lobby and lobby cafe.

Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, many restaurants, supermarkets around, close enough with a taxi to many important sites. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, everything you need, we loved the gym and swimming pool with a view. Last but not least the reception staff was always very kind and helpful, we stayed twice in this hotel upon arrival in Brazil and just before we left and we were really pleased on both occasions, thx Ninety!!!

I liked the location and the floor gave us an amazing view to SP. The staff was nice and spoke English really well. They adjusted to our request of adding another bed pretty fast.

The check-in process could have gone smoother, given we had previously been there. And the bathroom needs to be updated or at least some of the facilities there should be changed.

It is a place that is just right. Not too expensive, simple amenities, good location, clean, and very kind and helpful staff. Thank you

It is impossible to use the cabinets due the space between the bed and itself. The apartment was recently painted and was not clean
