The room is huge and comfortable. The room has a good view. The hotel is close to Paulista avenue. There are a lot of facilities close to the hotel and also it's close to subway station.

Excellent location, Safe neighborhood, very good staff and delicious breakfast.

The room was clean, everything was comfortable, the location is great, wifi is of a good quality and there is paid parking inside the Hotel.

In the bathroom, the paper was not really good, and the shampoo and soap seemed a bit cheap, I believe if they invest in these small things, it will definitely step up their game. Soap for cleaning the glasses left there was missing, I think they could leave there some dishes and cutlery just in case you have to eat something fast at the spot.

I didn’t like the Wi-Fi service, it had poor connection. Besides that the staying price was very expensive. My bedroom was uncomfortable. It seemed that it was broken. Didn’t like the bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at the landmark residence. Really good value for money, we were really happy with the room. It was really big, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect, super close to Paulista and a great spot to explore São Paulo from. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. Best Pao De Queijo we have had!

We stayed in a lovely duplex suite and felt right at home there, it was wonderful. The suite was so spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. The bedroom was was exceptionally comfortable with a fabulous bed and the en-suite had a lovely jacuzzi bath. Kitchenette and living room were great too, couldn’t fault the place, loved it. The staff were amazing too, but especially Marcelo, an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel.
