Buffet breakfast excellent. AC good. Bathroom good. Snorkeling great. Shuttles good. Beach clean. Public restrooms clean. Mattress great. $$ exchange service great. Flavors ice cream (except more choices for soft serve I have tree nut allergies and couldn’t try anything else because of cross contamination). Slushies & daiquiris excellent. No bugs GREAT!

More places to refill cold water. More shaded areas on beach. Additional shuttles and choices of pick up time. More items in gift shop. Chill poor service and poor food (raw burger). More live music.

the beach in front of the hotel is amazing. you can do snorkeling everywhere! the facilities of the hotel are just great! the idea of the drinking water available for all guest avoiding disposable plastic bottles is fantastic!

the shower box is not closed in front so, during your showers the bathrom get wet easily...this is a point for improvement.

Beautiful resort, the food from the 2 restaurants was absolutely delicious. Just wish they had more restaurants, but there is a club and a few other restaurants close by love that there was a shop and an ice cream shop a few. Bars everything you can walk to it's on the hotel grounds. I have to say I saw a few families with special needs children and Groups Including wheelchairs and I love that the hotel catered for them. The aquarium next door you can walk to. There's tons of things that you can do right on the resort. It must do is the submarine tour. The staff we're excellent!!! No elevators, so request the first floor if needed. We had a first floor right at the front of the reservation desk, and it was an excellent spot.

Everything was perfect. I wish they had one more really nice restaurant because the food at both their restaurants were absolutely delicious, ate there almost every day.

The only positive was the location - on the beach. The alcohol is watered down, and it's shameful when they start at $12 US each. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and were stuck having to sleep in the same bed together. for two weeks. The food was overcooked and awful. McDonalds has more variety on its menu.

All seemed well when we checked in for our one-week vacation, but sadly that did not last. On top of the below section their 50m pool was closed because of works, and there is a construction site across from the hotel. Also they claim to be 'green' but the cleaners leave the bathroom door open while the airco is on in the room and there is no window in the bathroom - it's just an open frame with mosquito gauze.

First impression was great, but the first night there was a special smell in the room and on the sheets that I could not place. It disturbed me greatly and after smelling it out, I found that the mattress of one of the two beds smelled like urine on one side. I immediately went to reception to notify them. They said they could replace the mattress (if they had one) and otherwise they could move us into another room 2 days later. I asked them to change the mattress and expected them to do this immediately. Instead we came back to our room a few hours later to find the bed with the urine mattress neatly made up, so I called reception and insisted on a quick change. Someone came to the room with a mattress and placed it ON the urine stained bed and left. My partner and I switched the mattress ourselves and put the urine stained one in the hallway with the sheets that were on it and called reception to notify them and to come and make up the bed again. This did not happen until the cleaning of the room the next day. Also the terras doors have large gaps in them and do not keep out any noise. One night at 2h30 AM there was a worker on the grounds making a lot of noise with some kind of machine. I called reception and they said they would ask how long he would still take and call me back. I asked them to have him continue in the morning instead and to not call me back, but of course they did (not that I was asleep) and said he would take 30 minutes longer and their solution was to move us to another room in the middle of the night (ridiculous cause it was so loud every room in the entire hotel could hear the noise). Then in the morning at 5h30 AM a tanker truck right across from our front door was delivering gas accompanied by a lot of noise from its high-pressure pump.

Housekeeping was hit and miss, sometimes no shower mat or not enough towels after the room was cleaned (which was always very late in the day).

Location is perfect, close to the shops/restaurant/bars on Mambo Beach. The beach is perfect with so many cabanas and sun loungers.

I like the location, the private beach, the fact that there were restaurants and stores just walking outside the hotel. The staff in the counter were very nice and helpful. I love that they have a shuttle service to go to Willemstad.

It didnt include food or drinks. Food in Curaçao is expensive in general. The hotel should have a free shuttle to the airport. They should have dance classes on the beach or shows.

The location was beyond convenient. Everything is so close! Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was also great with many choices.

This was our sixth time. Great hotel/ resort with the best facilities. friendly staff, clean. Restaurants are great.

The so called sport 50 m pool is useless based on the current security situation. There are clear rules, that (especially the Dutch) children do not respect. Last year we met an American couple that booked over there especially for the swimming possibilities. This year they apped us: are the BAD children there this year too?? And to be honest: THEY WERE. Uncontrolled, without parents, diving in the pool causing dangerous situation for the rest of the guests. The hotel should make it clear what are the rules and they MUST take care of them. Otherwise this time bomb will en up in disastrous accident in the near future. Doug Stern the iconic trainer would be very disappointed to see what happend with his dream....

The beach was excellent, the sand was nice and the water was clean and the temerature was good. The location was good,the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe offer of some local food would be intersting also for breakfast.
