La comida del restaurant del sushi y el que funciona en el horario anterior no es buena. La atención en el kiosko de la playa un poco desordenado.

Beautiful property. Nice rooms. 2. Nice pools. Restaurants had delicious food. Plenty of free parking. Slightly lengthy check in but check out was quick. Definitely need a car here if you want to eat somewhere else. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Did not care for Curacao in general but this hotel made our vacation worthwhile

The beachfront and the hotel room are definitely pluses; feels you don´t need to explore the rest of the island to get an amazing day at the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

You are away from anything else, tied to hotel prices and its limited food selection. Lacks nighttime amenities and things to do, perhaps a bar or a small club with music.

Bij aankomst op hato geen vervoer geregeld naar Marriott. Gasten moeten dat zelf maar verzorgen. Op het moment dat je om 10:30u aan het ontbijt schuift, ongegeneerd op de horloge kijken Tussen 11:30-17:00u geen mogelijkheid om in de airco te wachten tot de bus/taxi ons ophaalt om naar Hato (retour Schipho) te gaan. Dus stappen bezweet in vliegtuig. Was uitgecheckt en medaille (klm marathon 42.2 km) hing nog op te televisie. Huiskeeping had hem bijna weggegooid ipv melding te maken van gevonden voorwerpen. Strand dagenlang werkzaamheden vanaf 8:30-vroeg in de avond. Strandbad ging daardoor al om 20:00u sluiten.

Os funcionários nao se esforçam em entender as pessoas que não falam em inglês, algumas vezes olham com cara feia, etc. Outra coisa me senti indignada, me cobraram o valor de 400,00 dólar por dia de limpeza, se eu soubesse desse valor nem iria pedir para limpar o quarto, fiquei 3 dias e o total foi de 12000,00 reais, sendo que só tomei café um dia, pois nos outros compramos no Carrefour que é bem perto.

El house keeping fue un poco desastroso aunque el personal siempre fue amable. Al hacer el servicio olvidaban colocar las toallas o no las colocaban completas, no reponían los vasos para el café ni cambiaron los vasos para el agua un solo día

Excelente Hotel. Equipe bem humorada, prestativa. Quarto e banheiro excelentes, muito epaçosos, bem equipados , limpos diariamente. Praia linda, as piscinas super agrádaveis e limpas, com garçons atenciosos. Gostei tanto do Hotel que não saímos para conhecer outros locais da ilha

Tuve un problema al llegar. Yo había reservado una habitación Ocean View y me dieron una de vista parcial. Al bajar al lobby y solicitar el cambio me trataron de insistir que era Ocean View y hasta me pidieron una foto de la habitación que había reservado. Increíble !! Al final me cambiaron de habitación pero recién a día siguiente (ya que no tenían ninguna disponible a pesar que yo había hecho la reserva con meses de anticipación) en la noche y no me reembolsaron la diferencia o tuvieron alguna deferencia por el error. Una lástima porque el hotel es muy lindo y el personal en su mayoría súper amable.

The staff was so friendly! The facility is gorgeous and having a private beach and the option of an adult only pool were important differentiators. Great food, too.

Property is beautiful and spacious. We had room with sea view, which was great. Firmness of the bed and pillows were comfortable, wifi was reliable too. Hotel is conveniently located near capital city, just a short drive to restaurants, bars or grocery store. I enjoyed snorkeling and witnessing brain coral gardens in the hotel bay. I would recommend the hotel to establish “reef friendly” sunscreens policy to protect the precious marine life.

When we arrived to our room, the bed sheets were dirty and covered in pe* stain :( I took video and went down to reception as my call wasn’t answered. I was told that housekeeping will change it “right away”, but after 2 hours, nobody showed up, and as we truly needed to rest after strenuous international flight, we gave up and placed don’t disturb” sign instead . Also, the fire alarm/evacuate siren went off twice during one night and all of us, accommodated in the east wing gathered at the reception, all confused. ( 1:00 am and 3:30 am). I understand these things can happen but what did upset me was staff lacking communication and training in providing us proper instructions. I felt like the night shift receptionist and security guard weren’t ready for this type of situations and didn’t handle communication with us professionally. I was carefully researching top resorts in Curacao for our vacation, so I really wanted to love my experience here, but sadly, I feel staff needs bit more advanced training on how to react in various stressed situations.

The quality of the food and drinks, pretty decor,staff is absolutely great -everywhere you go!, pool service, loved the lap pool, being able to drink in the pool, amazing shower, great service all round, wonderful live music, nice sea view, sleeping with the sound of the waves.

Bed could be a big more comfy, but is not bad. One time beach towels did not come in till 1 pm. Only if someone complaints does the staff enforce the 18+ at the adult pool (happened once). It’s still fairly quiet though.
