Location was great, very close to the city centre. Breakfast was nice. Friendly staff
There was a road with sidewalks just in front of the window, so people are passing by the window all the time

We liked the proximity to the central square and the Zoo. Comfortable and spacious room, photos do not do justice. Much appreciated the tips for free parking next to the hotel
No shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, soap could be better quality. Breakfast was very basic, could have more variety. Smell from the restaurant to the rest of the building. Can be a bit noisy at night.

The check in was smooth and the room was ready for when we only arranged to leave our luggage. Both ladies were helpful, friendly and professional which set the whole tone of the stay. The location is only a couple of minutes from the mall and the square (city centre). It is such a quiet area with no disturbance and almost no traffic.
There is also a restaurant where I had some good beer and excellent food. There was a great assortment for breakfast in this cozy room that takes you to Czech fairy tales.

The room and breakfast was in one word fantastic. We never experienced such high value for money. Building and its decoration.are so authentic we felt like 17th century upper class.

Everything was great! House is beautifull, rustic like a museum, wooden funtiture, clean bathroom, smells like a wood. Very clean and comfortable room, great breakfast,free parking place in front of the building. 3 minutes walk from center. We enjoyed!

Nice structure in the old town, very closed to the main square of Jihlava. The room was nice, very clean, the breakfast was rich and served in the stylish restaurant downstairs. Very satisfying experience, we suggest this hotel structure to everybody.

Behavior of the owner, who is arrogant and cannot behave in front of customers. Her behavior borders on violating the privacy of her guests. The guesthouse is nice, but this was my first and last visit.

Hotel is located in city centre, only short walk from main square, large shopping centre and an amazing Zoo.
Our room was actually a large apartment with big bath and comfy bed.
Parking might be difficult at the tomes, but we were given residents permit by the manager, so all good.

We chose this "pension" JUST because of the wellness, to enjoy with my girls.... But, was not even working (or no wish to)... No information before, no real apologize, no effort to compensante... Saying that anyway, it was a paid service, even if, on booking.com, jakuzi and hammam are, unlike other services like massage, not described as "additional charge". --> Client's fault!
