It's been a couple of months and I don't really remember the room. So I guess it was just bland

Na pokoji chyběl minibar (hlavně lednice), koupelna byla zastaralá a místy poškozená. Manželská postel byly 2 postele u sebe, takže uprostřed byla díra..

We were in twin room and it was very cold . Heating did not work . We were moved to another room with sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable . I was then given a complimentary separate room to my son .

Very welcoming and lovely bar and restaurant areas.

Pool areas a little tired.

Pancake machine! Hotel reception was a lovely place to socialise.

Bathrooms and pool/spa could have been cleaner, better maintained and more modern.

I paid 195 for one night with breakfast, the room was poor, dull, cold , bed was lumpy and pillows were horrific. Not a comfortable room for what we paid

Had to call reception to deal with noisy guests outside my room - woken up by cleaning staff in the morning. Then had my breakfast cleared away while in the middle of eating it!

I’m righting to tell you I’m not happy I’m staying here because I have relative In intensive care hospital in Guildford the room stinks it’s dirty the air condition in the room keap me awake all night iv come down to reception for a refund and they said I have to get in touch with u first there staff was very ignorant the reason I chose hotel it’s a crossed the road from the hospital no sleep all night

Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Check in staff were totally useless. Did not communicate well and just looked at computer under the desk. Did not explain car parking charges which left us paying £10 for one night instead of £5. Management in the morning were no better and probably even worse at understanding our previous nights issues.

Breakfast was good. We requested for twin beds instead of a double bed and immediately, a sofa was converted to a bed even before we reached the room. Manager was exceptional.

No power plug points next to the bed. Also, bathroom flush was not working

It was not as good as it used to be a few years ago.The continental breakfast was very poor. The English breakfast was not as good as it used to be.

No safe or fridge in the room… drab bathroom

Staff very helpful. Excellent customer service.

A bit far away from the city centre.

The bed making proved to be very uncomfortable - the duvet was used like a sheet. Parking arrangements - Reception made me aware at check-in that I had to pay for parking using a machine outside but that if I had booked direct with the hotel I would not need to have paid - I hate booking companies because I want to deal with hotels direct. Insult to injury the touch sensitive parking machine was not !

Stayed here often. Usually good value for money. On this occasion room and services seem to have gone down hill. Great bar/restaurant with great staff

Check in poor. Offered a dark view less room and had to change. Parking used to be free but was informed that now only applies to direct bookings. A charge is now levied for parking if you book via booking.com. Room cleaning was bit hit and miss. Overall facilities and rooms deteriorated and no longer value for money. Used to automatically book here for regular visits to Guildford, but will shop around more next time.
