Good stuff, food amazing and excellent service

Water in the room not good clean from the hetar

Food and hotel location was good, also stuff they were nice

Room was not sea view and first 2 days the bathroom shower was stuck, but later they changed it with better room

The hotel was calme the personal were always at your service Speciale thanks to the head of waiters mohamed who take care of every person in the restaurent and made sur that every thing was in order

The food was Ok, the pool, the activities and the staff were nice. The first night they gave us a really old and smelly room with view on the hotel next door, which was lousy and noisy. The receptionists did they're best and upgraded us to a nicer room (still not what one would expect for a 5* palace but it had a beach and pool view) The hotel had a nice vibe but it really needs a good renovation.

Old smelly rooms, carpets everywhere. The food options need an upgrade. Overall it's not what you expect from 5* Palace, i would rate it 3* at best
