Overcrowded

The food was fantastic. Real mexican food and tasty. My kids loved playing in the ocean with the waves more than Cancun because the water was clean and no rocks to step on. We even went for a run barefoot early in the morning. The sand felt great in your feet.

Elevators closed on us a few times so we had to watch for it. Miscommunication between departments. They need a better customer service by phone and by e-mail. There was a misunderstanding with my payment and supposedly they cancelled my reservation but other department said they didn't do it was very stressful before getting there. Once I was there it was a good experience but the misunderstanding and stress prior to it would have been better if they would have communicated better between departments and if they had a prompt response team.

The breakfast was ok, food was cold like pancakes and French toast, but the staff was amazing.

The location was great, the hotel very nice, the food very good (mostly Mexican in the mornings and afternoons, and some international cuisine as theme dinners at night), and the pool pleasantly warm and not cold at all. As a Mexican myself, I can say that I enjoyed my stay here very much and my whole family feels the same way. The hotel organised many activities, such as a free dolphin show, dance classes, etc.

The drinks were not good at all, I've been in many all-inclusive hotels and I can say the drinks were bad bad bad. So this really downgrades a bit the full experience of an all-inclusive hotel.

The beach and the pool was nice.

I bought all inclusive package, the food was horrible none of it looked fresh(buffet style). The restaurant that we ate dinner as part of the package were supposed to be gourmet. They were sub standard. I would rate their restaurants 2 out of 5 stars. Not good. As a matter affect we became I’ll several days. The building is definitely showing it’s age. Had a leaky toilet, one of the faucets didn’t work. I called to get it fixed and it wasn’t.

No coffee pot in the room, plug in the bathroom didn't work and no washcloths in the bathroom

The location was fine but a lot of the food wasn’t very good.

The room was dingy and the air vents have not been cleaned on a long time. It felt really old. The bed was decent and the room was clean otherwise. The pool towels were very old and raggy.

The service is impressive, impeccable. Thanks to Candido that welcomed us and made us feel at home, thanks to Hilario and Nadia for making everything possible so that we could make the most out of my boyfriend's family visiting us. Shout-out to Aranza for making a special evening possible; we will share these memories forever. Thank you. The rooms are a good size, the view is great, the bed is so comfortable, the shower has good pressure, hot water.

The bathrooms at reception and close to the gym are not the cleanest, and the pool area is very busy, because it's a small place for the number of rooms. Victor and Juan were great for service, though. And I loved the slide!!!! The food is ok: the buffet so-so and the one close to the beach was closed so I don't know if that would have offered us more options. The ceviches around the pool were very good, and the snack bar is ok too. The best is without a doubt the specialty restaurants - the Italian one was just great. We really enjoyed Bogart as well, beautiful and good food. I think the price we paid was a little high, but they seem to have deals and discounts so taking the time to shop it would clearly make it a better deal.

Have to wear the stupid mask around the pool area, specially when they force you to wear a mask to get your drink, which is freaking ridiculous, when the pool bar is just 10 ft away 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
