At dinner in the buffet, I got up to get dessert and returned less than 5 minutes later to find my table cleared and someone else had been given it. Sat 2x for over 15 minutes obviously done, drink finished and looking for the wait staff to get the bill, and had to start to walk around and ask before they helped, and appeared shocked that I was done.

The way the hotel is built up is definitely something special (on a small hill). The replacement of elevators with an internal transportation within the complex is a very comfortable and practical solution!. It was simply a very pleasant experience.

We were very pleased to have picked Pacífica for our special stay. Everything is at a distance but their shuttles pick you up within 5 mins and no tip required. Our rooms were picked up at no cost! 5 gallon water was in our apartment for our convenience. Air conditioning was awesome. Free laundromat. Snacks by the pool was awesome. We had a Great time.

The beers were not cold enough and with hot days you want a really cold beer. That we couldn’t get snacks at the Pool by registration(only for people arriving and waiting for their rooms). Gondola closed at noon on Saturday. When I called I was told our two bedroom apartment had an area with 2 twin beds but not true? I had to pay $85 extra due to the value of the pesos even though on my phone it said $811. When I booked it said $805 so I recommended you pay when you book. We were left a note with a special invite to eat at a restaurant so we thought it was because we were celebrating a birthday but when we got there it was for a meeting for a Time Share which we were not told ahead of time. We refused the meeting with no problems since we were there only for 2 nights. Hot tub would have been nice for the night time when the pool gets to cold.
