Das Hotel erfüllt seinen zweck. Wir waren auf der Durchreise daher war das Hotel absolut ok. Die Lage ist ruhig. Es gibt einen schönen Pool.
Die Möbel aus Metall sind sehr kalt und nicht sehr ansprechend. Man konnte sich nicht wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Sehr kahl und ungemütlich. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil unterschiedlich ausgestattet.. Für längere Aufenthalte hätte es mir nicht gefallen.

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal sig. Daniele e dalla sua segretaria.
Di seguito ci siamo recati in camera, molto pulita profumata e ben arredata!
Letto matrimoniale al quanto comodo! È stato un piacere riposare!
Molto positiva la colazione. Ampia scelta, dal dolce al salato. Molto gentili i camerieri.
Attenti ad ogni richiesta.
Le loro torte (produzione propria) squisite!
La mattina per me è il momento più importante e direi che questa mi ha pienamente soddisfatta!

L'hotel si presenta molto bene, la camera è ampia ed il ristorante è molto buono.
La zona piscina andrebbe curata maggiormente, la piscinetta Idro è veramente sporca, quando entri si sente molta sabbia. Tra i lettini sul prato trovato feci di cane.

Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous. If you like exploring, it’s a good place to stay when you have a car available. If not, the pool, hotel restaurant, and the bar are what you get.
It’s uncomfortable to take walks around the hotel and there barely is anything worthwhile in the vicinity. Plus some noise from the highway can be heard outside of the hotel.

Very friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool. Easy access from motorway ONCE you sussed it out. Do NOT listen to gps when you get close if you want your marriage to survive. Try to follow hotels instructions. Very frustrating first time.
Breakfasts excellent. Great coffee.
Perugia very central to a lot of other interesting towns, wineries etc. Good base. Mini metro up into old Town fantastic, free parking at base.
Room quite small with no coffee making facility initially. However we got an upgrade to a much better room as we were staying for a week.

Breakfast was excellent and it was easy to park. There is a problem with some GPS that the roads have changed and you can be taken as we were around some terrible roads and turns in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Follow the location details given for the hotel when nearly there.

The bed was moving and making noise. Looked like the on of the legs was a bit broken.
The room was cold. We couldnt understand how the AC was working and stuff didnt speak English so when they tried to explain we couldnt understand. The result was to turn heat/AC off and be cold for the rest of the day

The environment of breakfast area is very nice and comfortable. There are enough dishes for choosing and of course the best coffee. The staff are friendly and the hotel offers enough parking spaces. The room is not so big but okay to stay for just 2 nights.

The breakfast was excellent. There was fresh fruit and lots of other things to choose from. The staff was able to provide me with good information regarding our visits to both Roma and Perugia. The pool was great, we had an excellent view.
There is only one minor improvement: although the airco was working, it could do a better job. During our stay the temperature in the room was comfortable but hot.
