It was easy to communicate with staffs as they speak English really well and checking in and out was smooth.

Cleaning staffs needs to do better in the morning, throughout my stay I was constantly been woken up with loud noises of either chairs been dragged on the floor and constantly banging from staffs cleaning so it was not that comfortable to sleep till noon

The room was spacious and clean and the morning staff was very helpful

The location was not good for me ....I could not find good restaurants near by ...so I decided to go to downtown by metro

at first we go a room above the lobby, was very noisy during the night as you could hear people talking, next day we requested to change the room and staff agreed without any problem

From the reception when we arrived at the hotel, to the attention to our needs, every member that work in the hotel are 5 stars and we will be coming back to Madrid and stay in the same place.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Our stay at this hotel was very very good.

The location was great, near a choice for food and travelling with two children ( age7 and 9)the Italian restaurant near by was excellent choice , digested by a very nice lady from the staff.

We were 3 adults and two children , maybe this kind of room but with division of bedrooms would have been better for us , but we knew that this room was our choice .

I booked this for a layover in Madrid as I had a night in Madrid to relax before a morning flight. The hotel is really nice, with a Modern Art Chic vibe. The staff were helpful in organising taxis and transfers. The hotel room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable, was more an apartment. It takes 15minutes to get to the airport from the hotel, so was brilliant.

Location is abit far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and sights. But there bars and restaurants scattered around the area if you take a walk around.

Breakfast was nice. Location is good as it is walking distance from the Metro.

it was almost a $400 room, took forever to check in and check out. Also fruit and fake eggs were going to cost an additional 11 Euros each. No thank you! Staff was terrible at checking people in and out.
