The staff is very friendly.

The cleaner tends to not clean the room when you have a longer stay. They don't do a thorough cleaning

I really loved the place, and the staff is amazing, very welcoming, and helpful. Great touch was upgrade of my room. The hotel is located central and a short distance walk to the mall or uber to the beachfront. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect for me. Away from city bustle but with all amenities, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was good. The staff were all friendly, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me.

The only aspect which was a little disappointing was the waiting time for meals, both in the bar area and room service.

The place was stunning and we received a wonderful welcome at check in. Breakfast was lovely as there was a large variety to choose from

No cutlery or glasses in the apartment. Few amenities in the room. Drinks menu not available printed or online. No advice given on load shedding upon arrival or notifications of schedule each day. Bathroom sink did not seal and air lock so water squirted everywhere, impossible to use. Had to chase laundry delivery. Music from bar over the road extremely loud this time.

Lovely premises with a stunning outdoor area & restaurant plus it is very close to Gateway so definitely 5 stars for convenience. Downstairs area is modern & really lovely. Loved the photo areas by the pool So much fun. DJ on the Friday evening was very cool. Staff are very courteous. Bed was nice & big.

The rooms were not very comfortable. Very tight / small rooms. The aircon did not blow by the shower area so it got very hot & uncomfortable at times. There is no bin in the bathroom. No soap dispenser at the basin. The club made a lot of noise on the Friday evening. The Customer journey in the rooms must be considered.

Omg, I'm extremely disappointed because I did not sleep well due to all the noise and music that came from the club across the road😞 It went on till about 3am

The hotel was affected by loadshedding and made our the room essentially unusable. One room had stairs within it and both rooms we booked has bathroom with no lighting.

The room and location of the hotel.

The restaurant. A lot of the dishes on the menu was not available and the food was not up to standard. There was also a loud meeting of about 20 people taking place in the restaurant. As it was after 8 on a Sunday evening, I felt that was not appropriate.

The staff were very accommodating and willing to help whenever required

The noise levels are not great. There was a soccer club of youngsters who just had no manners . They were talking and behaving so loud at all hours of the evening and into the morning not respecting fellow guests. It is such a pity that the management of the club had no control of these individuals. As the walls of the rooms are extremely thin one cannot be afforded any rest time. I did bring this to the attention of the reception during check out.

The decor & theme was beautiful. My son loved the surfboards, model cars. It was so clean & well kept. professional & friendly staff, always making us feel at home.
