De sfeer van de horeca en medewerkers was heel goed. Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken. Het was donker en vies weer, maar hier binnen was het goed toeven.
De kussens op de kamer zijn te dik om comfortabel op te kunnen slapen. Echt heel onpraktisch.

L’espace et le bâtiment ancien
Le service et la qualité du petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est chez lui, mange des chewing-gum sans distinction, ne s’excuse pas quand il vous fonce dessus avec un chariot et ne se bouge pas quand vous lui demandez un renseignement (question sur le thé : c’est dans le tiroir ! À l’autre bout de la pièce).
Pour le spa, on as dû revenir 3 fois à la réception pour avoir toutes les infos. Personne à la réception du spa. Spa OK. Hamman pas génial au niveau odeur. Salle de repos OK.
Le petit-déjeuner est très varié mais n’est pas très qualitatif.

Very noisy / loud lobby and restaurant. Our room had the beds on a second level, which made it relatively warm/hot in the bed despite cold 'downstairs'. Room was relatively dark with too few lights,

The restaurant was okay
The room was dark. There was hair in the shower. The hallway was smelly and dirty. We visited the pool, there was still towels and drinks from the night before. There were no robes and slippers we could use.
Our son picked up an cigaret trash in the “playground”.

The staff is super nice we came with a dog and paid and extra fee. There is a small spa which is nice and compfy. The rooms are very great isolated i would go back for sure

The room is very nice, clean and big. I really liked that it is equipped with a perfect desk which is very convenient for work. Also, the bathroom is really big and has both a shower and a bathtub.
The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the train station of Verviers.

The food was very good, both dinner in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast. The new year's eve dinner was excellent and the buffet breakfast on new year's day exceptional. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly. The dog was made welcome and joined us in the restaurant.
The hotel is on the edge of town next to a shopping centre and looks over buildings towards the motorway, so the surroundings are not the best, although it is a short drive to beautiful countryside and access is easy.

All in all an excellent hotel with good value for money.
Only the breakfast´s presentation leaves to be desired. Displaying the cold cuts and cheeses in metal boxes with plastic lids on top isn´t very appealing.

It is a cute place that is near the Spa we wanted to go.

Strange people hanging on the parking lot outside, saw them harassing a woman (but she told them very clearly to .....off)

Very nive bathroom. Big and comfortable
two things bothered me during my stay -
people smoking just outside the entrance. You can't avoid breathing that horrible poison.
People asking for money just outside the entrance...

It had Tesla superchargers and lots of amenities. It was a clean hotel. Really helpful staff!
My bedroom (living room area) had a faulty light and was in darkness.
The room was painted blood red, which is an unusual choice and I found a bit ominous.
The shower/bath lacked a screen and water went everywhere
Value for money- I spent 200E on a room and breakfast. I am used to paying that money but don’t think this hotel was worth it. I stayed in a hotel for 100E a few days later, which had better features and was decorated better.
