O chuveiro da piscina era meio fraquinho, mas isso é um pequeno detalhe.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi mto bom. Principalmente da recepção. O hotel internamente é pequeno, mas tem um aspecto maior moderno. O quarto é bom também, boas roupas de cama e chuveiro. A piscina do hotel é pequena, mas é legal que tem vista para o mar. O café da manhã é bom. Dica: Estacionamento custa R$ 20 por dia, Dica 2: Para quem vai no Carnaval, peça um quarto para os fundos se quiser descansar, na frente, acaba só as 3hs da manhã e você só vai dormir depois desse horário já que é COLADO na avenida.

O Hotel fica na praia da Barra, a praia esta em pessimas condições, até rato eu vi. A área da Barra também tem mtos predios caindo aos pedaços. O ar condicionado do quarto não dava conta para 5 pessoas. Primeiro, as fotos do hotel são muito boas, e qdo cheguei lá senti um impacto de ser igual as fotos mas não é tão luxuoso quanto parece. Não acho que seja um hotel nota 9, acho que seria nota 8.

Breakfast was splendid! The best I ever had so far in Brazil

The sound isolation from the street is really bad, and even at the highest floor the noise from outside was bothering us. Also, we have the feeling that the AC needs to have some cleaning, since all time we were there we got sore throat

Quartos confortáveis, café da manhã delicioso, localização excelente e, principalmente, equipe muito simpática e gentil, com destaque para o atendente do restaurante Gerardo, sempre solícito e atencioso. Minha mãe tem dificuldades de mobilidade e toda a equipe foi muito prestativa e atenta. Foi uma excelente estadia e planejamos voltar outras vezes.

Location is excellent and the view is superb

very comfortable and good sized rooms. cleanliness was outstanding, lovely breakfast and best location. we received an urgent email after our checkout informing we left documents behind in the room. our passport were carefully looked after until we were able to collect them again! thank you Juliana for the professional and confidentiality with dealing with this issue. beautiful hotel! lovely views

Excellent location overlooking the sea and the staff were extremely helpful.

Room was a little “tired” and in need of renovation. Shower door and door to balcony were loose and not easy to use.

The hotel staff were really friendly, the location is fantastic and having seats and umbrellas on the beach each morning is a really nice touch.

I have to say that from arrival to departure in general everything is really very good. they have also thought about the safety issue for the guests, the surveillance and safety of the electronic system that they have adopted in the lift to go to the various floors. Really very comfortable beds, memory pillow and mattress, excellent quality, the room had a sea view, wonderful, air conditioning. The food fantastic, from the buffet breakfast service to the menu, really very satisfied. The staff really very courteous, thank you all, I will be back for sure, highly recommend.

For the short period that I was there unfortunately, I didn't have the time to evaluate everything, the line for the whole time I were there, I'm satisfied..

The modest reception area may deceive you, comfortable rooms, and a more than decent breakfast. Nice area - close to the Barra Lighthouse. The beach promenade just outside. Good restaurants also within reach.

I was quite pleased with the location as we had a sea view room, which was lovely! The breakfast was also very very nice--fresh eggs to order and a wonderful spread of fruits. The beach attendant was awesome--I have never had an attendant that dowsed me with water to cool me off while I lay on my beach chair, this was amazing! The location was also really nice, directly looking at and hearing the ocean was such wonderful. There were also several options for places to eat along the boardwalk although we found other eating options around the city and in Pelourinho. Getting around by Uber was very easy so staying at the beach but also having easy access to other areas was just perfect.

The pool is small and directly overlooks the street which isn't really depicted in the pictures but it was still nice. The beach is across the street but there is a wonderful attendant who supplies you with an umbrella and chairs. The breakfast was awesome but the actual restaurant is overpriced and the food is really pretty bad.
