The Hotel has an incredible, breathtaking view and a beautiful exterior. Just a short drive from the center of town. The decor is charming if a little dated. Very clean and welcoming. The staff is wonderful, family owned and operated. Breakfast was delicious with a solid selection.

This place almost ruined our honeymoon. I recommend staying at another hotel with better access to town.

This is a very basic place. There are no concession machines for water or food. The towels they gave us were old and worn. For the luxury hotel price, you should be getting more. We also found that this hotel was far from town. The hotel is on a long and curvy mountain road. It is too difficult and dangerous to walk up and down it to get access to the town. There is not a sidewalk. We did not see anyone walking during our stay. Finally, the owner, Markus, was so rude to us. We stayed two nights and were moved to a new room for our second night. We were told to come back later in the day to pick up our new room key card. We came back at 23:30 night to find the hotel completely closed. This was our fault for not coming back sooner but when we called the hotel telephone number, the owner hung up on us. We kept calling and he kept hanging up on us. We didn't know what to do because we had already paid and they had our bags. After an hour of sitting in our car, we called another hotel owned by the Piccolruaz family. They were eventually able aarnage to have to door opened for us at the Jackoberhof and we got to our room. In the morning, the same guy, Markus, got angry and yelled at my wife for asking for a discount. His behaviour was completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked everything about this property. A wonderful stay. Dinner was available for guests at a deeply discounted rate and was worth it! Delicious, included breakfast was also very appreciated. Wonderful facility!
