Le personnel était parfait, adorable, de la réception, au maître nageurs, au serveurs, cuisiniers. Tous étaient des amours avec nos enfants. L’hôtel a un super emplacement. Tout était vraiment parfait. Je recommande ++++

Even though this is rated a 4-star resort. Everything was 5-star level and even better than some 5-star hotels. The pools are clean. We were treated fairly and politely, and my wife didn't feel any discrimination given that she wears the hijab. The food was good but not always my taste, no food poisoning or any problems from bad food. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the receptionists were great at service and making us feel at home. Especially Mr. Mohamed Hussein and Mr. Hussein Sabry. There is also a lot of free stuff for the money. I was quite happy about the price and we got our money's worth. Definitely a place to visit again and one of my favorites. This resort is not on the beach. But there is a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes to take you from and to the beach. I didn't have the time to explore everything in 6 days. The place has a lot of activities and amenities to offer.

Pools, aqua park, food variety and quality. Everything was amazing! + all hotel staff is always asking for our feedback and whether we need anything for a comfort stay.

E' stato un soggiorno fantastico. Eravamo in sei in tre doppie. Camere vista piscina, confortevoli, pulitissime e dotate di tutto il necessario. Avevo chiesto personalmente uno spazzolino e mi hanno portato tutto il kit dentale più ciabatte da camera (non incluse nel prezzo). Resort molto pulito, tutto lo staff cordialissimo e gentilissimo. Ottimo il servizio piscina. Il cibo (anche se non eccellentissimo per noi Italiani) buono e vario. Non abbiamo mai mangiato la stessa cosa, né a pranzo e né a cena. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Speriamo di rivederci presto, i ragazzi delle camere 6323 6334 6339.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un punto dolente a questo resort, forse la lontananza dal mare, ma non è un problema vitale. Il resort include il servizio navetta.

Tout était parfait. La chambre est très confortable et bien organisée. Les équipements de l'hôtel, les piscines chauffées, les toboggans et les activités proposées sont top. Le nourriture est variée et on y trouve toujours quelque chose qui nous plaît (comme toujours, il est de bon conseil de se diriger vers les plats les moins transformés). L'hôtel s'est beaucoup impliqué dans l'organisation des fêtes du Nouvel An, du Noël (catholique et orthodoxe) avec un dinner de qualité et des spectacles (feux d'artifices, spectacle, musique, animateurs, miniardises, boissons,...). Le personnel est très bien, c'est une armée qui travaille d'arrache-pied pour entretenir ces lieux et proposer des animations. Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines.

Peut-être les chambres mériteraient d'être un peu mieux isolées, mais ce sont surtout les visiteurs qui devraient être mieux éduqués...

Very clean, amazing staff, food was amazing… they combined the three albatros neighboring hotels, so whichever hotels you booked, you will still have access to other hotels and allowed to use their amenities and restaurants. So choose the cheaper one 😉

Not a beach front hotel but they have shuttle service going to the beach, so it‘s still ok.

Lo staff era molto accogliente e gentile, in particolare Moustafa alla reception e Mahmoud al ristorante principale. Le piscine sono sempre pulite e lo spa era davvero un momento magico!

Great hospitality

The hotel was a chain and has more than just one hotel on site so many pools for young kids. If you are looking for Butlins in Egypt, then this is the right place for you. The food experience can be like a school canteen so you it is very efficient. If you are looking for a stay that caters to your individual needs, this is not the right hotel for you.

The hotel caters for the masses and the down side to being part of the mass, is that you have to wait and queue for things during peak hours. If you are part of a big party, very difficult to find tables and be put together. Oh to get a professional service or good service, tipping is highly recommended.
