The staff was very friendly, environment was really comfortable and relax. They provided massage and breakfast in our villa so we no need to go out, that is awesome for your holiday. The location is very convenient as well. Will visit it again!

Made and her team made our stay so perfect. The customer service was exceptional, the location and facilities it was like a dream. I can’t wait to return even if it’s just to visit. This was a high end stay for me, really enjoyed the location and the staff

Middle bedroom in the Villa has a funny smell that we couldn’t get rid of. Probably related to drainage sewage

Villa has lot of spaces to move around specially with kids and families gathering.

On your website shown Pool facilities. But the villa we booked sadly pool didn't include kids was not happy at all .on arrival .shuttle bus servicewe ask for but did not get any reply

We stayed in the largest villa and it was incredibly spacious. There were 3 private spaces which was great for the dynamic of our group. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to a supermarket, restaurants and a cafe.

There are areas that could use restoration and maintenance but nothing that hindered our stay. It is down a very narrow alley which made transportation for large groups a bit tricky but all of our drivers were able to manage it.

Reception staff are amazing, so easy to talk with, so welcoming and friendly. Helped with any questions and issues we had. Happy to take some deliveries for me as we were out when some shopping arrived for us Villa was lovely 😊 I love that the family areas and kitchen are inclosed as it was very humid this time of year and needed that cool space but also you could open them right up if you wanted with the big glass doors. Bedrooms nice clean and tidy and big All airconditioners worked well Breakfast daily was a really nice added bonus Complementary filtered hot and cold tap water was great Overall we really loved our stay and would definitely come back again

Its not that I didnt like / it’s more of just a few slight things we picked up on - These things wouldn’t change our opinion on returning, we have already enquired about staying here upon our return to Bali at the end of the year We stayed in villa 3 and the upstairs area has an open window - it can’t be closed and was open to heat / insects in the foyer area.. i passed by and looked at Villa 2 and could see this one had an actual window so this would be a lot better We will enquire to stay in villa 2 next time as this one also seems to be more private in the pool area. But again these things would not stop us from returning. Loved the villa
