This review is restricted to the communication with the hotel. We accidentally booked a room for the same period twice (instead of two bookings for two periods). On the request to correct the double booking came no response (a room would have been even available in the second period). Due to the planning uncertainties, we had to cancel everything one day later. Answer from the hotel: You have already canceled yesterday (which is wrong, we had kindly asked for *one* rebooking) - no refund possible. Too bad we could not come to an agreement. Great deal for the hotel.

Beautifully located Hotel, just on the edge of town with a pretty woodland walk into Selva. excellent staff who made everything so personal.

The position is great, the wellness area is very beautiful and relaxing, with an outdoor space. Very good breakfast. The room was big.

The bathrobe for the wellness area could be included in the price, since it is already an expensive area in the Dolomites. Or at least it should be clearly specified that we can bring our own before arrival.
