No ac on rooms, toilet door was missing, doors and curtains very old, balcony doors broken locks.

Location was excellent.

The apartment was very tired. Linen was all very old. Bugs everywhere. Drier coming off the wall so the washing machine lid didn’t open very far. There were no beach towels. Management were not on site so it was 2 days before we got beach towels.

Great location! A quick walk to the beach and the light rail and buses are just around the corner which made it easer to get to theme parks, Broadbeach, surfers and airport. Hosts were so lovely and hospitable

Conveniently located. Quiet location. All amenities provided. Excellent kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer fitted. Bedding comfortable and the showers were sensational. Secure parking under building. Clean swimming pool and grounds. Highly recommend.

Close to the beach, mid way between surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. great cafe across the road. loads of potential. manager was nice, as were the residents of the property. easy parking with a large car. Aircon worked well.

property is fairly run down. Pool was not cleaned for the 10 nights we were there. Common areas of the property were not cleaned during our stay either (hallways etc) Our apartment was spacious, however poorly maintained. The main bathroom had a knob to change water from the bath faucet to the shower, but this was broken so you had both running at the same time. Mattresses in both rooms were unpleasantly firm. Lots and lots of random crap everywhere, Christmas decorations (some still out) cupboards full of cheap Kmart art and so on. Bugs/spiders/roaches seem to be a big problem abs I would suggest that a spray is needed ASAP. we enjoyed our holiday as a whole, but would not consider staying here again unfortunately. We seen staff twice during our stay. Maybe an hour or 2 a day of involvement from management would really improve this property.

Brilliant location - short walk to Broadbeach beach or to Cascades gardens; small grocery shop across the road as well as the Broadbeach Bowls Club for casual dining and excellent range of drinks at mates’ rates! Also quite close to a tram stop so you can be transported to Pacific Fair if you don’t want to walk about 2kms. Wonderfully friendly resident manager, Mirung who showed us around and explained everything upon our arrival. Fantastic value for money - everything you need is available in this older style unit.

Great location - close to the beach & a few food and coffee options. Close to bus and tram for a short ride into surfers or pacific fair. Relatively quiet too considering on main street in Broadbeach.

Not having a lift made it a struggle to get all our bags up the 3 flights of stairs from the parking garage which would not be suitable for elderly or those with young kids on their own. Pool could have been scooped out and clean more often but it was still a great pool to swim in.

Spacious apartment for our needs. Shops across the road. Beach 5 minutes walk.

Smoker on site. Loud talking female in upstairs unit who kept us awake. Shower in enquire leaked all over floor.

This was a very last minute booking that was well accommodated by the manager who was excellent in showing us around and settling us in. Although a little dated the apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect size for our needs.

Just be aware there is no lift but we were offered a ground floor unit if we needed it
