We liked the location of the property, and though the building is dated, the room was clean. Clean utensils in the kitchenette.

Upon entering the room, it was hot because the air conditioner was turned off. It would have been nice if the room was cooled down before arriving. Water pressure was low, and there was no bedspread on the bed, just a sheet for covering. Fortunately, I had read about the bedding in another review and travelled with a more appropriate covering, so I was okay. But it would have been nice if I didn’t have to lug a bedspread/blanket in my suitcase.

Everything that I needed! It's the reason I keep coming back. This is my 4th or 5th time staying here and I'll keep coming back! It's like coming home.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the of hotel.

The Turtle beach was close within a hundred metres. The room was very clean.

Nothing, it was as expected although there was very little sun on the balcony.

The property is located close to Dover Beach/ St. Lawrence Gap which has a big stretch with Hotels and therefore bars and restaurants close by. It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach and the rooms on the third level have ocean view. The staff was super nice, check-in and checkout was super easy. Wifi was working without problems. The room were big, kitchen had everything you needed and in the freezer there was even an ice tray provided. Room was clean and daily room service was offered. The Hotel was about 25 minutes located from the airport and we paid 27 USD for a taxi to go from the airport to the hotel. To Bridgetown we paid around 25 USD each way.

The only thing that we did not like was our shower in our room, because the shower head sprayed in all directions and flooded our bathroom the first time, before we figured out a way to avoid it. In our room there was only two outlets and no outlets close by the bed. A hair blower wasn’t provided either. For us it was overall still worth it & we enjoyed our stay.

Really just needed a place to go between plane and cruise, and it fit the bill.

Difficult to climb steep stairs with our cruise luggage.

Location is excellent! A short walk to Dover Beach, close to lots of restaurants and entertainment, lots of taxis to take you wherever you want to go. Close enough to the club scene but far enough away that you don’t hear it once in the hotel. Overall, very quiet location that is perfect and the staff were terrific, especially Juliette.

No ice or drink machines available. You have to walk down to the store and buy everything you need. No second sheet on the beds just the fitted sheet and a light blanket. Would’ve liked an extra sheet on the bed. We were told they were short on bath towels so we could only have the two in the room. It’s difficult to dry long hair with a hand towel. The water pressure is terrible which makes it difficult to remove all of the soap from your body during a shower.

Comfortable bed, generous balcony, spacious room, well equipped kitchenette. An overhead fan and a/c although beyond switching the a/c on and off to test we did not run it as the temperature was just perfect. The view from the balcony is limited but you can see more then what the photos show. The room was cleaned daily. The location of the Meridian is the star here, so close to Dover Beach and St Lawrence Gap that there is plenty to do in the evenings and all facilities from car rental to mini market, cafe and cake shop, fine dining, good and not to pricey restauants and local bars all within a couple of minutes walk. We considered staying up nearer to Holetown but even though we visited Sandly Lane beach on 3 days we were glad to stay at the Meridian. Would we come back again, the answer is yes. It is a good value for money option.

The louvre to the a/c unit was missing, but since we didn't use it, was not an issue. The adjoining hotel's services are a constant background hum but at least the Meridian is on a very quiet street.

The property is a bit dated without lift. We would have preferred either an external window to the outside wall or an extractor fan in the bathroom as it opens to bedroom/kitchenette space.

Great location. Rooms are basic but spotless and cleaned daily. Owner and staff are so lovely and helpful. I have re booked for next year. The price enabled me to stay for a month.

I loved everything

It was very basic accommodation. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We asked for a room higher than the ground floor as I was staying alone with my 2 children, nobody got back to me prior to arrival and I was given a ground floor room. I didn't sleep very well as felt uncomfortable but in hindsight it was absolutely fine and security in the area.

it was very clean & the location was perfect. everything at your convenience was near by.

It’s a bit on the old school look side, however it wasn’t half bad for the money.
