Limited selection in the pool restaurant with microwaved heated food for lunch. Limited english knowledge for some of the reception members.

In this very warm weather period of 38 °C the good climatized rooms and swimming pool at the hotel were much appreciated. Very friendly welcoming receptionists and staff are attentive to all your questions and do everything to accommodate you. Good and complete breakfast buffet. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff gave us a feeling of luxury. A most recommendable hotel!

There is nothing to dislike. We’ve had a very pleasant stay of 5 nights at Valle del Buttero.

The hotel is in a great position a short walk from restaurants and the old centre. Parking was convenient. The rooms were spacious, with the option of a kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous.

young girl at the counter was nice but the disaster with the electricity ruined most of the experience

breakfast ok, staff was nice. high problems with the lights the last night, we were unable to charge our phones or see anything as the electricity was off for almost 4 hours. the following day we were expecting an apologise or a discount but it seemed like nothing happened. we were shocked, never again. And there was a big flying bug in the prosciutto cotto for breakfast

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Valle Del Buttero! The service was the very friendly, the breakfast very good. The room and hotel spotlessly clean! Convenient parking too. The hotel is ideally located for the exploring the region. Capalbio itself is a beautiful hidden gem!

The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was good and we also appreciate the room service on our last day when we had to leave early. Even though it was raining most of the time, it was nice to join other guests who were using the games and entertainment facilities. Thank you!

Valle Del Buttero is a charming, friendly hotel in the beautiful village of Capalbio. We stayed here five years ago and were happy to come back. We hope we will get the opportunity to return again. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel serves a terrific breakfast. All in all, a really great place to stay.

The only complaint is that the wifi could be better.

There were 4 dirty tea cups and pots on the table of the sitting area where we took our after dinner drinks. everything else was top notch.
