Loved how friendly and welcoming everyone was, really clean and brilliant value for money.

No cash machine in the hotel which was inconvenient

Friendly animation staff, and helpful door-staff for arranging taxis etc. comfortable rooms, plenty of food and drink, enormously fun water slides, good to have a warmer indoor pool as well. Private beach reached by shuttle was nice.

Charging extra to play on the pool table was ridiculous and annoying when the people weren't there meaning that no one could play. Air hockey table didn't work. Reception staff could have been a bit more helpful. Food and drink was abundant but not always good quality. Outdoor pool was beautiful but absolutely freezing in early May.

1. Wifi was very low. 2. There was only one socket in the room, we had to charge the phone in the bathroom. 3. The food is almost the same, only one or two main dishes changed. 4. Loud live music in lobby, we were with baby, and returning from a walk in the evening, we were forced to close the ears of baby run through the rattling music to the elevator so that the child would not wake up. I think they should have made/choose different place for live music.

Terrible WiFi, just about able to browse web sites, watching videos impossible. Terrible soundproofing, could hear the TV next door very clearly when they had it turned on. Average food.

The hotel has amazing pool and water slides.The staff is very helpful. The food is good.
