Breakfast and dinner and beach

All staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We arrived late so they sent a late dinner to our room at no extra cost. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room which was very spacious with comfy beds, a balcony with a lovely view overlooking the pool and beach where you can watch the sunrise if you wake up early enough! The room did not let noise in, we slept very well. All facilities were very clean. Nice variety of food at the buffets. As we were staying more than 4 nights, two restaurant meals were included of which the Italian meal was excellent. The hotel also provides a breakfast box to take with you if you are leaving early for a tour. We went for a day trip to Luxor. The pool was lovely with a swim up bar. The private beach was beautiful and clean. My daughter loved the mini disco which is at 8:30pm. They allowed us a late check out and lunch on our last day which was very helpful as our flight was in the evening. The massage at the spa was excellent. All the staff were lovely and eager to help even though they themselves were fasting for Ramadan. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Certain things like fresh orange juice and waffles are charged extra even if you have booked all inclusive, we found out after getting there that there is an ultra all inclusive option! The kids club is basically a room with toys and a supervisor where you could leave your child from 3-5pm, it did not have any planned activities. The mini disco finishes at 9pm but the evening entertainment does not start until 9:30pm, most nights we did not feel like just waiting for half an hour so ended up going to bed. When enjoying the beach, people will keep coming up to you trying to get you to book snorkeling, massages etc. The cocktails seemed to be made by guesswork not precision, they had either too much or too little alcohol in them. The activities like beach volleyball and boccia did not always happen at the scheduled time so you could turn up at 4pm as per the timetable but they had already started playing. Some of the entertainers ask for extra money from each guest after their performance. If you go to the Marina restaurant, use some mosquito repellent. Some pool side snacks would be nice. These are minor criticisms and overall it was an excellent resort that we would gladly stay at again.

Everything was amazing. The property is cozy, the beach,pools, gardens and restaurant are all near to us, food is very tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Taher and Mr. Mohamed in the reception. I must thank the chefs of the hotel for the delicious food. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this beautiful resort.

May the furniture need some renovations.

I had recent back surgery so this hotel which I’ve stayed in many times is very compact and flat. the restaurant & bars are next to Reception & the room was on the ground floor next to the pool. it’s a very short walk to the gardens & beach. The staff allowed an extra extension stay in the room free of charge as I had a late flight. This was so kind

A carefully designed hotel with professional, charming staff. They gave us a beautiful room and granted a late check-out for no extra charge. Breakfast was superb.

The children’s foam party was curious but I’m used to adult only hotels.

Reception, breakfast and rooms were very good. Location is great.

The staff at the spa. I went for a hamam, spa, body scrun and massage. A 2 hrs service. The lady, did the hamam, spa and scrub part in 15 min... very unprofessional, splashed cold water on me without warning. When we asked to slow down, no apology came instead the massage was terrible..so i insisted another person continuewls. No apology ..very disappointing treatment. I totally do not recommend their spa.

staff were very polite, kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Arrived a bit early before check in, but kindly found us a room and we didn't have to wait. Food was fantastic. We've booked half board and there were different varieties each day. The pool was massive with lots of sitting areas, and easy access to their private beach. They had GYM and POOL TABLES but I haven't had a chance to go in or use them. Check out at the hotel was 12pm but our flight was delayed good few hours, so we spoke with them to extend it to a later Check out, and they were very happy to help us and made everything easy. so I was really greatfull for sorting out this issue and managed to make it for us an Overall a wonderful holiday.

The room, beach, views and staff. Rimon from the reception and Abdo from the beach both were very supportive and helpful. The beautiful island, you can see nice views for the city from there.

The room air-conditioning was noisy.

Everything was exceeding our expectations. We reserved 3 single rooms through booking.com and asked for 3 rooms beside each other. It was done as by our request, and more than that we even had a complimentary fruit basket, as we have been in the hotel a year ago already. Thank you for having this much attention.

There is nothing to mention.

The service was super friendly and fast. They tried their best to accommodate all our needs. They even offered our friend who arrived at 6 am free breakfast and early check-in on the day of arrival. They also called during the stay to make sure that we were satisfied and have no complains. The cleanliness level was good The breakfast was tasty and they offered both western and oriental options The rooms were spacious and had awesome sea and pool view Although it was written on booking that there was no free wifi, we actually found free wifi at the hotel room. The hotel's location is premium in one of the best touristic areas in Hurghada

Bath tub and doors may need some maintenance and there was no valet at the parking, but other than that everything was almost perfect and it was certainly good value for money.
