Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, das auch unsere beiden Collies erlaubt. Wir waren während der Fastnachtszeit dort mit einer lauten Discoparty auf dem Marktplatz. Trotzdem haben wir in unserem Zimmer kaum etwas davon gehört. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wird im Speisesaal des ehemaligen Klosters serviert. Am Abend wird der Speisesaal als 2-Sternerestaurant genutzt.

Alles war in bester Ordnung. Wir können keine negativen Bemerkungen machen. Wir werden jedesmal dort übernachten.

Van straat naar hotelingang ‘s avonds pikdonker en keitjes. Niet prettig en onveilig.

Goede ontvangst, met hond geweest. Mocht mee in prachtige speciale ruimte voor ontbijt en een drankje/eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie midden in Sittard.

Garage speciale plekken voor hotelgasten(15 euro) Tarief stuk minder in dezelfde garage op een andere plek: dagtarief(5,00 euro).

Expensive brekfeast, better to go few meters to the quare and eat there.

Arrived late and was given a room on the top floor. The electronic key would not work and had to return to the reception 3 times before it worked. There was a discarded food tray outside the elevator for two days. I reported it twice before it was removed. I requested an invoice by email which also never arrived.

Instructions how and where to park, in advance but also in the parking garage, could be much better.

the hospitality of Xavier is above and beyond what anyone could imagine! He took care of us like we were the most important guests, even after arriving about midnight. The facilities are clean and comfortable.

Awesome location. Cool that the building was transformed from a monastery to a hotel. Restaurants are within walking distance. Room was clean. Good heating airco.

We were staying in a corner room which had a door to the room next to us. Like that the rooms can be used as a family room which is nice if you are with a family. However we weren't with a family and the disadvantage of that door is that all sounds come through. Our neighbors were quit but we could still hear every word they said and their television even though the TV wasn't on loud volume. When this was discussed with reception they said they could ask the neighbors to be quiet, but I told them this wasn't the problem. The problem is that the rooms should be better isolated sound to make it more sound proof or at least don't rent out the rooms to two different couples/ families until this is fixed. Issue solved itself because neighbors also went to bed early. We also heard everybody walk on the stairs and hallway. For this quite high price level better sound proofing is expected.

A bit run down, not very clean

The room was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good

Breakfast was very good, room was nice and spacious.

The webpage still shows the hotel as being where it was. When I actually arrived, the hotel had moved to a newer part which is completely different than the beautiful hotel I was used to staying in. Had I known, I would not have booked. The service is no longer as good, parking arrangements are through a machine, no complementary water in the room and a lobby which is not welcoming, On arrival in a dark (also painted black) hallway, the small of marijuana was almost over powering, same in the evening and even early the next day.
