Good location, extremely friendly staff especially shailendra bhaiya at the pool. Clean rooms and delicious food. Also live singing in the evening was a great addition!

The fridge in the room wasn't working and even after multiple reminders nobody came to fix it.

Resort location is amazing. Facilities available are all present whichever might be required by the guests.

They have mentioned of the fridge which was of no use. Also good/drinks cost was sky high. It was so high that we have to opt to go out in summer heat and prefer eating outside.

The room was excellent. Neat n clean. The property was situated with the river flowing beside. We could dip our feet in water and relax. Food was good with good portion size

Service, cleanliness, swimming pool was listed as amenities and was not operational intact was under construction, no alcohol served however all neighboring resorts were Serving

Room service and house keeping were very prompt. Food was very good.

Staff at reception needs to be more cooperative and gentle. Rooms were not having any toiletries and we need to request for the same beside such a high cost booking. Termite was climbing on the wall in the main room of the hotel. Sofa were stained here and there. TV and cable was not working easily and staff need to do the exercise to make it work.

Nothing pathetic experience and worse service

Services were extremely pathetic , food was served with stones in it, not worth staying , room was stinking, staff was rude and unprofessional behaviour. Used utensils were lying at the door all the time and not picked even after reminding the staff. Bed sheets were smelly and had spots on it. Staff was denying to serve water and asked to buy it for 100 rupees per bottle hai madam and sounded very sarcastic as if cm will not be able to afford. Overall I wud say was not worth paying 18800 for 2nights. Saddest experience ever in life. Have added pics to show the hygiene and cleanliness of room
