Clean, spacious and comfortable room, delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant and good breakfast in the morning, very friendly staff.

The rooms were lovely and spacious and the dining area was really nice The staff were amazing so friendly and the service was great and they all had time to have a conversation with recommendations of things to do

All the staff were delightful - very welcoming and friendly - and spoke excellent English. Ou room was big, comfortable and well equipped, even with air conditioning. The restaurant is attractive and the food was delicious.

Real big rooms. You can eat here very well. Near the city of Arnhem

The hotel is close to the forest, in the nature. Not in the center. But very easy to reach with a short drive. Nice location, and facilities. We had our lunch outside on the terrace in the sun, very tasty. Most important, the staff is so dedicated, kind, and helpful. We had a very good time at Trix. Thank you to the team, especially Pauline and Daan!

good location, parking, breakfast was included and excellent in their restaurant dining room. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The very steep stairs that made it impossible to carry a full size suitcase up. We should have checked if there was a lift.

Great location for our aim this weekend: the Airborne Walk in Oosterbeek. Bikes for rent at the hotel to get you around. Remarkable (!) and extremely positive: the welcoming staff ! Really make you feel at home ! Compliments ! Normally you would expect a hotel with a restaurant. This is a restaurant with some hotelrooms. We enjoyed our diner outside on the terrace. In short: exceeded our expectations ! Very nice ! Breakfast the same: no fancy over the top buffet. But served at your table. Sufficient variety of bread, cereal, yoghurt, orange juice, cheese, meats & sweets. Staff serves coffee, tea, milk, omelet/scrambled eggs upon request. Hotelrooms on 1st floor (keep in mind: no elevator). Nothing fancy. Simply good. Spacious. Large bathroom, walk-in shower. If we are to return to this area, this hotel could be on our list again. Recommended !

We probably are too oldfashioned for our age. But having to use a QR code and your mobile phone to have a look at the drinksmenu is something we will never get used to. Can't blame the hotel, cause its starting to become common practice. But if it would happen in a regular bar or cafe, we would stand up and walk away. We prefer a paper menu and a personal touch ! But thats us...

The room was a nice size with a good outlook.. The dinner in the restaurant (extra cost) was excellent.

The stairs to the first floor are steep and the hand rail didnt go right through.

This hotel is ideally situated to visit both Arnhem and Utrecht with safe off-road parking. The room we stayed in was a good size and was exceptionally clean. The staff at Hotel Trix were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was tasty and we chose the surprise taster menu for our evening meal which was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

We chose a surprise taster menu and were bowled over with the flavours and the imagination that had gone into the food choices. Well done to the cooks. The waiters were keen to tell us about the food which we very much appreciated.

I cant think of any particular improvements that can be suggested. I hope we can stop by again.

Working desk was not appropriate, too small. Restaurant closed early at 21:00h.
