Clean rooms and good breakfast to start the day

Lack of communication skills.Need to have a full time English person their to resolve conflict

I had a great time and the facilities and cleanliness is top notch. The rooms are very beautiful and nice too.

Best in the hotel is the staff. Always ready to support, always smiling, really excellent staff. The room was very big, spacious and confortable. Breakfast was really good. There is also a nice pool on the roof with a gym.

Wifi was not always reliable sometimes being slow or stopping to work. What was annoying is the noise in the room at night mainly due to ACs from nearby rooms. Also some times it was noisy in the streets too.

The room only had one chair for two people and a microwave in the room would have been nice as well.

The water was cold and quite cold in my shower - no warm/ hot water.

The breakfast needed more variety. Perhaps some porridge or oatmeal, pomme sautéed, etc.

The kitchenette and location was great.

The pool was closed and had been closed for months but did not state that on website. The electricity was poor you could use microwave and stove together. Also it went out during Tue night cause the room to overheat and wake me up.

The hotel has a really good location, safe and close to everything that we needed. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. We especially liked the AC and the comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of options, however it was not in the price of the booking. Overall we had a very nice stay in this hotel, thanks for welcoming us.

We had a very late flight and when we asked for late check out, we would have to pay for staying 3 additional hours (with a small child) in the hotel. We would have appreciated if they could make this favor for us but it's not a big deal. The shower should have a door or curtain. The bathroom was full of water after showering, no matter how careful we were. The swimming pool was not open due to Covid - I understand it was not the fault of the hotel itself.

Too much money for the stay. Got charge twice for the room. Waited for a week for them to process the refund. I won’t be booking with them again

Clean, friendly, staff spoke English and the location was great.

The service was excellent just At first the towels was very old we complained later they change them . Everything else was excellent. The staffs are very friendly and nice .

Hotel is very centrally located with lots of resturants close by. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Our flight was very late in the evening and the hotel allowed us to checkout at 7pm with no extra cost.

Breakfast had very little choice.
