The location was beautiful and the hotel was nice. the best part was the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming.

Two things I didn’t like were roaches, and the haggling with some taxi drivers on the property. One, i understand roaches can’t always be controlled, however, it’s an expensive 5 star hotel. I should not be battling roaches in my room and bathroom. Two, one driver in particular was terrible. He told us one price before we departed the hotel and mid-drive he tried to charge us extra to turn on the air condition and then he increased the price because HE missed our stop by mistake.

Everything about the property was fantastic

the location by the sea, the ambience. there was this nice fragrance in the lobby. the furnishing and decor was also top notch. the hotel paid attention to details.

Excellent hotel with lovely large rooms and a beautiful sea view. Beautiful buffet breakfast with plenty choice. All other meals were also great.

The room had mosquitos despite checking in 3 hours after check-in, which means there was AMPLE time to ensure the room was to the standard they claimed to have. Further, the vents were so dirty that whenever we put the AC on, we began to feel incredibly congested. The staff did not solve any issues - it was only on our last day, at check out, that staff at reception kindly directed us to the executive to place a complaint and they were pleasant to deal with.

Stay always in this hôtel. Just great by sea. Love Sunday lunch can catchup with people.

Not much ashamed they cannot remember from past travel.

The service was not good. The Air conditioner was water dripling and they did bot fixed.
