Truly a wonderful experience, and one of the best stays we've had anywhere. The rooms were large, great natural light, super clean and fully equipped in the kitchen. The location made accessing everything in Segovia so easy, a few minutes walk from the aqueduct. And the hosts were incredible! Andres gave us so many spot-on recommendations, our trip was infinitely improved and every one of them turned out to be great! They also handled parking which was a big relief. Seriously, this is a no-brainer for us. We will be back!

Great location and very helpful with parking and unloading.

The apartment had lots of natural light and fresh air. The kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking - we especially loved having a kettle and the roller door that closed/hid the kitchen at night. Andres and Maria did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We liked it all! Perhaps consider soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower to be more eco-friendly, but I loved the products provided.

We liked the central location (5mn walk from town center), the kindness of the hosts and all the valuable information we were given about the city and others places to visit in the area. Flat was very clean, comfortable with a small kitchen practical enough to cook some food. Bed comfortable too as we slept very well. Free parking not far away.

Great location, well-equipped, and comfortable room. Way exceeded my expectations. But the most important aspect - is the host. He spent a lot of time offering the best routes to see the city and recommended the best restaurants and places to visit around. Because of him, our vacation got way better. Thank you!

The place is just at the beginning of Segovia, so that you can reach all places by foot, yet, you can comfortably park your car in front of the hotel's door. Maria from the hotel is a very helpful person, and on the top of it she recommended the local history and gastronomy, and booked at a traditional restaurant, Bernardino, a place in a very busy day, where an enjoyable gastronomic experience made me happy. The hotel is near groceries, shops and services as well.

It was very close to the old town, it was spacious with cooking facilities. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and he gave us a lot of tips about what to do on foot.

The wifi wasn’t very strong but it seems to be a problem in Spain in general.

apartment in a great location near trails and key sites in the town. they had everything we needed. it is like a hotel, but we booked a studio apartment to be able to cook in and keep our food items cold. we were able to park, for a fee in a public lot right next to the hotel. super easy, but not sure if high season would make it difficult to find a space.

Andreas was very kind and understanding even though we were delayed in our arrival. The place was beautiful and comfortable. the view from the terrace was beautiful.

Good location with a lovely room with all the things you'd need for a short stay. The staff need a mention, they are outstanding, and I have never been given such a comprehensive and detailed explanation of what to do in a city. Above and beyond and absolutely lovely.

Everything, we cooked at the apartment and everything we needed was available. María gave us a lot of great tips and the area is really nice too. We had a drink at Bar California very close by.

Location and Quality of service

we had a room with a small terrace, that has a view of the city and the top tier of the Roman aqueduct. It was really lovely. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace and looking at the view in the evening. The apartment was very quiet, and there was no problem sleeping. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a great location to be able to walk to see the sights of the old city.

The hotel is perfectly located—easy to walk toward the aqueduct as well as toward the forest trails. Our room was clean and well appointed; excellent kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful.
