Servicio de SPA en general muy caro para lo que es. No esta bien cuidada zona sauna sin control de tiempo y piscina es muy sencilla.

La chambre était magnifique et spacieuse. Le hall est magnifique et la piscine est très grande. Le petit déjeuner était varié avec fruits et oeuf, jus d'oranges pressées, pain complet et café.

Une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre éviterait de faire couler l'eau longtemps pour avoir un verre d'eau fraîche plusieurs fois durant la nuit.

La amplitud de la habitación, la limpieza de todo el hotel y la amabilidad del personal.

It is ideally situated for Segovia centre plus it has free safe parking. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the property itself is very beautiful.

Lovely, traditional hotel with modern conveniences such as outdoor pool and spa.

Lunchtime menu was limited. Spa was not open all day every day.

This hotel is very well situated in well maintained grounds with good outside parking spaces. Although it is a little way from the city centre, there is an excellent local bus service providing quick & economical access to & from the city. After a good buffet breakfast in the spacious dining room, we were off to enjoy Segovia and its delights, before returning for a night cap in the comfortable lounge or garden and watch the sunset through the trees. Any questions? Ask the staff who are only too pleased to help and advise. Our room on the ground floor was very comfortable and spacious with the best laid out bath and shower room I have ever used. Luxury indeed!

Amazing hotel right on the outskirts of Segovia just 2 minutes from the motorway. Took a 2 night break on the way to Santander so able to send a day in the amazing city.

Indoor pool was closed

The room size was hu ge, bed likewise! The breakfast was very nice with superb scrambled eggs!

Very big hotel with a luxurious feel. Big clean rooms, polite staff and many services (restaurant, pool, gym, spa). Room was quiet and sunny. Very easy to park in front of the hotel.

Room was missing kettle with coffee/tea and iron/ironing board. For such big rooms and nice hotel I would have expected those as basic. Location is not close to Segovia's centre but not impossible to walk.

Nothing! It’s a dirty hotel. That is hugely overpriced!

The staff were rude. The room was dirty and run down. Absolutely terrible!

The rooms are large and the hotel is elegant. the staff was friendly and helpful.

It didn’t feel like a good value for the price. Everything including meals and pool are expensive add ons.

That it cost$12 per hour and a reservation needed just to go to the pool. Yes sauna etc was included. I just wanted to go to the pool.

The service. Very service mind employees

The hotel was mediocre for that price level and very expensive, taking into consideration the distance to the city centre, that the Spa was not included ( and extra of 17 euros just to get access to the spa) and breakfast was not included. Very bad decoration, Christmas decoration was awful. The breakfast was too expensive for the quality level. And on top of everything, I have to pay 10 euros to assure that I will get a double bed. I will not recommend it
