The food and the activities offered were very good

There is a lot of work to be done regarding the cleanliness of the room and the service offered: 1- No toilet paper, and when I asked for it, I had to wait for around an hour. 2- Ants are everywhere. 3- Only two towels provided for a family of four. 4- One light bulb was not working (the staff changed it upon my request). 5- No shampoo or soap provided; I had to ask for it.

The entertainment staff were great. The water slides were close all included and great fun and the kids loved the food.

We are family of 5 but got put in 2 rooms with no connecting door which was strange. I also got sick and very limited Wi-Fi / no Wi-Fi

Beer served in small coffe cups. Inclusive Beer finished at 9-10 pm which should be served untill midnight, Reason They want you buy a not inclusive beer. Inclusive Spirits are very low level. Spa & Massage is useless, you need to wait for long time for your turn .

the riads need updating and you have to pay for laundry but it was cheap as I couldn’t borrow an iron .not all drinks where all inclusive

Half of the facilities listed on their website aren’t available. Very dated interior. Shocking repair work in the rooms. Everything seems either broken or missing. Food was terrible. Visited neighbouring hotel for lunch and dinner: day and night.

Friendly staf, nice looking surounding, but that's about everything about positive side.

The family room we booked with 4 beds, was presented as one double bed in one part of the room and two single beds in another part. We have got a room with double bed + single bed and one single bed on another part. There was just one aircondition in family room and this dislicated single bed was imposssible to warm up (february). The room next to ours had connecting door with ours. We heard everything what they were talking about, heard exactly, what chanel they were looking on TV etc. Very anoying.... Sheets on beds had stains when we arrived. There was just two towels in bathroom for 4 persons. Changing towels daily means, that they collect dirty ones at around 10am, I we have not get new ones eaelier then an 4pm. Room cleaning was never done before lunch time. About food I can find any good word. Tasteless, every day the same, lumch and dinner almost the same choise, a lot of food at lunch and dinner was cold. We have visited a lot of all inclusive resorts, and this one is by far the worst one.

The hotel is clean and spacious, the staff is very polite and friendly. The WiFi was working without any problems. The view is great.

The room's facilities are a bit outdated, the sheets weren't very clean. They gave us a room which was connected to another one through a locked door, you could hear everything going on in the other room which is very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The food isn't very various but the quality is okay. The hotel is very far from the city.
